I have been eyeing up stylish women's footwear with jeans and I really like the pointy toe look

I fancy some pointy toe shoe-boot type things ,possibly with comfy rubbery type heel to cushion my ageing feet.
Anyone any ideas?

mrsmaidamess-I admit they are a lot frumpier than I should legally be allowed to buy but I'll wait and see how they look under jeans.
