how old are you?

i'm 32 this year, just interested in your ages, mainly due to some of the links on here, such as laura ashley etc and wondering what the average age is round here

33 nearly 34

45 here.
And I don't care about the name of the shop - I'm not a 'fan' of LA any more than I'm a 'fan' of anywhere else - but I have occasionally bought stuff there, just as I'd buy stuff anywhere.
I tend to look in as many shops as poss ont eh rare occasions I shop (although I do draw the line at Country Casuals).

28 in 2 weeks

I feel at that weird age where I am too old to shop in Top Shop, River Island and Oasis, but not yet old enough for Wallis and M&S - what else is there in the way of affordable clothing?!

i am 30 in 2 weeks (argh!!) and I am sat here wearing a laura ashley cardigan - it was in the sale and is bootiful i always get Comploments when I wear it and noone ever believes its from there... I dont normally go in but spied it thro the window

34 - and a fully paid up member of Laura Ashley (although mostly for furnishings).

And I don't much care for Laura Ashley. I had a bridesmaid's dress made from LA fabric in 1977 and TBH most of it looks the same as then And I also shared a flat with a hippy LA-fanatic in the 80s and we were surrounded by curtain, throws, cushion covers made of the stuff. It left it's mark

37. I don't think I've ever worn Laura Ashley. I am of the generation that was bowled over by the Next directory. That lovely glossy catalogue! Delivery to your house in a van!

Looks like the same material is used for the furnishings as well as the clothes. Why would you want to look like you are wearing cutains?
