i'm 32 this year, just interested in your ages, mainly due to some of the links on here, such as laura ashley etc and wondering what the average age is round here

34 and ive only ever bought wallpaper and bedding there - oh and a skirt reduced from £110 to £10 (ive never worn it tho)

Slartybartfest I know I wore my LA dress on the day of Diana and Charles' wedding! That dates it

21 (for another two weeks!) and have never even been into Laura Ashley and I trust Mumsnet implicitly so now I shan't bother

Bought some trousers from LA sale a couple of years ago. Never wore them, put them in charity shop bag.

Havn't actually worn LA since about 1980.

Had a beautiful, beautiful LA dress when I was 18, lovely fine cotton with a blue pattern of blackcurrants on it. It's now reincarnated in the patchwork quilt on my bed

53 - The demure old style Laura Ashley was much favoured when I was a teenager because your parents would asume that dressed like that you would not be getting up to no good ( little did they know what we had or did not have on under those long voluminous skirts!)

38, 39 this year. Feel 28. Nothing from LA but have no strong feelings either way about it

Did actually go into LA last year and thought some of the clothes were quite nice

But I've not been back!
