eternity rings...do you have one ?

I have a half-eternity ring, 3 amethysts and 2 czs, to match my engagement ring. given as a token of love and thanks on the handing in of dh's PhD thesis

I have two eternity rings. Dh bought them when each of dds were born. The one he gave me when dd1 was born is diamond and sapphire and the one for dd2 is diamond.

Yep. Mine is my maternity ring, given on the birth of DS1. Platinum band with 12 diamonds spaced out round it. Still badgering him for DS2s maternity ring.

I was given mine when dd was born. It sounds identical to SoupDragon's, except it has a pink diamond (worn on the underside) to mark dd's birth.

Yes, I do. It's white gold, like my wedding ring and engagement ring (solitaire diamond). It looks like this one here (you have to click on diamond rings at the top, then select ring type eternity and it's the one at the top, but in white gold). Dh ordered it the day he was awarded his PhD to thank me for all my support. It would have been a surprise but he had to ring me to check my ring size!

I do - dh gave it me when we found out I was pregnant with ds1 (we weren't married then). It's a half eternity ring really: gold with 10 tiny (we were very poor!) channel set diamonds.

Chonky I love the sound of the one pink diamond to show birth of dd. That is such a lovely idea.

mine's my engagement ring, diamonds and sky blue sapphires - about 30 tiny sparkly stones going all the way round

I'm not really big on jewellery so we got a camcorder when dd was born instead!

Not an eternity ring, but dh gave me jewellery for each baby's birth. My plan is to give them the jewellery some time in their lives - maybe when they marry - and the boys can give it to their wives or daughters as they see fit. (Each piece of jewellery contains that child's birthstone.

No. And big fat nothing for when DS was born and a bottle of champers for when DD was born because I asked for it. DH seems to think you have to be married 25 years to qualify - so only 18 to go.
