Do you obsess about woman with large bosoms on tv? Every time I see amanda lamb/nigella/kirsty/sarah beeny etc, spend more time looking at their bosoms and what they are wearing-usually tight and clingy- thinking ugh that looks awful then gradually coming round to the point of view that perhaps it looks ok and its just my hatred of my own huge breasts coming out and perhaps I could wear stuff like that too.
So juct covering up jumper/baggy tshirts or boob flashing tight clothes-whats the verdict!

cod, in that situation (the too tight bikini one) would you buy your normal cup size, if going up a back size or would you come down a cup size? May buy a new top for this year.

Had a bad night with tops to wear out. Want em reduced.

hunkermunker · 03/04/2005 00:53

SS, she could've said, "You have tiny tits and you're really fat". I know what I'd prefer to hear

Seriously though (why do a lot of my posts contain that phrase - do I make too many jokes?!) - I know how you feel - I look down, see acres of boob and think I look fat

god its terrible what we mentally do to ourselves. i spent most of my teenage years wishing i had bigger boobs (i was a 32c then), and then when i was about 16 had a growth spurt and felt like almost overnight i went to 5'9" and a 32dd.and i loved them.
when i was pregnant with ds1 they grew to a 36h and whilst breastfeeding i was a 36j, thankfully after a while they settled down a bit and was a 34e, but after ds2 they went up to a 38h and have stayed that way, i know i have more of a tummy now and so this helps balance things out abit but oh how it would be heaven to go into any shop and buy a bra without having to take out a 2nd mortgage.
but having said that i love them still and i think that breasts are amazing things and dh says he couldn't get to sleep without them!

Thanks Cod!

Shazzler · 03/04/2005 20:59

Horrible is perhaps a bad choice of word.
LIke they say more than a handful is enough.
and like I said, tis onlymy opinion, some blokes love bigger ones. I prefer smaller (not tiny)

Big and pert is great. But they are few and far between in my limited experience. And I aint a gawper.

I dont judge women by breast size. Even a blok elike me aint that shallow

Flamesparrow, let me know where you get one from, I am the same size as you 34E with a size 12 body, I would also love to know where they make 'boob-sized' clothes.

Chuffed · 07/04/2005 15:36

boob sized clothes at bravissimo but not a huge range unfortunately.

fastasleep · 07/04/2005 15:40

I look like that Beeny woman ... what's really embarrassing is that when I looked on Bravissimo for some boob sized tops, got all excited, measured myself, typed in the numbers and discovered that my boobs aren't physically possible or something and the 'super super curvy size 12' wouldn't fit my boobs!! and that was before my pg boob increase this time...waaah

Demented · 07/04/2005 16:02

Can't help but think I'm a bit too pale for zebra stripes. Now you are tempting me, am skint at the moment so it would have to wait a couple of months but thinking about putting one on the shopping list.

NomDePlume · 07/04/2005 16:04

Zebra stripes ?! No way. Slightly flabbergasted that Ms Conservative Cod has gone for animal print !!! It'll be leopard skin blouses and Pat Butcher earrings before you know it

Demented · 07/04/2005 16:05

Oh of course we haven't booked a holiday for this year so perhaps waiting to see if we are going anywhere would be a good idea first!

fastasleep have you tried the Bravissimo strappy tops? I would imagine it would be easier to get a good fit in one of those rather than the shirts.

fastasleep · 07/04/2005 16:06

I'd look like Jordan with a flabby belly....ooh I'd look just like Jordan

Demented · 07/04/2005 16:12

I thought they might be a bit clingy round the belly but they are quite good, hide a bit of the bulges.
