They have gone all wrinkly and saggy at the knees and ankles after just one wear. Have thrown the pack away but I'm sure they had lycra in them.

Is this a defect as such, or is the problem with my anatomy?

ah blue nun?, yes i see your problem, the bottles are too big.
you need a shopping tote for your trips to the offie.
seems such a shame to waste posh tights.

Dragonbrandybutter · 04/01/2009 00:27

isn't there a MN tights fetish troll?
should be along soon i expect.

Notreallycutoutforthis · 04/01/2009 00:28

There's a troll in my chatroom dear Mumsnet, dear Mumsnet

Dragonbrandybutter · 04/01/2009 00:29

thanks bocca. we've not been getting much practise in though have we. must rally the troops.

Quattrocento · 04/01/2009 00:29

I don't think either rickets or bandy legs can be the cause of knee and ankle sag.

Admit it Mrs SB, you have been walking around bending your knees and probably sitting too. Posh girls don't bend their knees - 'tis well known.

BoccaDellaVerita · 04/01/2009 00:29

But the tights troll has definite preferences for colour and denier, I think, which I will not mention now.

MrsSeanBean · 04/01/2009 00:31

I have included the picture but am now worried (seriously) that it will offend any genuine rickets sufferers! Advice please. Maybe I should remove it later but I just burst out laughing and I think it derserves a place in my MN hall of fame for that?

OP posts:
MrsSeanBean · 04/01/2009 00:32

I am neither troll nor a tights fetishist.

OP posts:
Dragonbrandybutter · 04/01/2009 00:32

looks good.

Notreallycutoutforthis · 04/01/2009 00:33

Wouldn't genuine rickets sufferers be avoiding this place because of the endemic attitudes to Greggs and fruitshoots though?

BoccaDellaVerita · 04/01/2009 00:34

I know you're not the tights fetish troll, MrsSeanBean, but I just don't want to mention his her name or his her 'criteria' for fear of triggering some sort of thread meltdown!

MrsSeanBean · 04/01/2009 00:36

These are grey and baggy anyway and I am sure would be very unattractive to anyone. Including DH clearly, who has gone to bed without me.

cornsilk · 04/01/2009 00:36

Tights fetish troll hmmm? Is that one of the monsters on Dr Who?

MrsSeanBean · 04/01/2009 00:37

So you're not a stockings gal then Mrs SEan Bean?

cornsilk · 04/01/2009 00:38

Grey Tights?

MrsSeanBean · 04/01/2009 00:40

Now that would encourage the fetishists! I used to be pre ds

But you should know cornsilk, you see my fake tanning and my hopping around once in a blue moon trying to stop the hold ups rolling down on slippery legs before DH enters the room.

cornsilk · 04/01/2009 00:41

Yes - I have had my eyes cleansed since then.

MrsSeanBean · 04/01/2009 00:41

Grey, I know, they were in the sale. Obviously. Waiting for a mug like me.

OP posts:
cornsilk · 04/01/2009 00:43

You can always use them to grow a cress head. (poor little guy)

Dragonbrandybutter · 04/01/2009 00:43

cornsilk · 04/01/2009 00:45

Me too - with my tatty PJ bottoms.

MrsSeanBean · 04/01/2009 00:46
