stroppyknickers · 29/12/2008 13:10

no. but their erase paste is absolutely fantastic. It stick a bit rubbish too.

lou33 · 29/12/2008 13:13

i got some on special offer from a site cd recommended (good site actually), but am underwhelmed

the rimmel liquid recover concealer is better imo

OP posts:
stroppyknickers · 29/12/2008 13:14

under eye cocealer in a pot. Is so brilliant i use it every day and someone thought i was 27 (hee hee, am 35)

stroppyknickers · 29/12/2008 13:15

concealer obviously

AuntieMaggie · 29/12/2008 13:19

Boing is better when applied with a brush I found - DP bought me "this" for xmas and the brush applies the boing really well.

lou33 · 29/12/2008 13:21

i have tried using a brush was still not as good as the rimmel

how much is this wonder paste?

i wouldnt mind looking 27 (am 42 on saturday)

can we have a boing v erase vote please?

the description on their website makes me think boing is the heavy duty concealer, in which case there will be no point in trying the erase

OP posts:
AuntieMaggie · 29/12/2008 23:01

i haven't tried the erase - might try to get a sample and compare

lou33 · 29/12/2008 23:08

oh yeh i didnt thnk of that

OP posts:
holidaywonk · 29/12/2008 23:12

boing is a weird colour on me - too yellowy. And it settles in the creases under my eyes and makes me look about 1000.

I like the Rimmel too.

lou33 · 29/12/2008 23:14

i'm thinking the boing may not work because of its consistency and my age

thats the kind of thing it does for me

Love Erase paste - have typical post-child dark circles. Was rec'd Erase paste by the Benefit girl in Bloomingdales. Have worn it every day since.

No one has commented that I look 8 years younger though. Grr...

Is Erase Paste ok for wrinkly skin? If I use some stuff, it makes it flaky and dry and disgusting. I usually use this pen concealer but after moisturizing thoroughly. But it goes into wrinkles a bit and accentuates them if I'm not careful. Not the effect I'm after.

Lemonaid made my eyes icky. What I'd really like is That Gal a little thicker and in a yellow shade. I'm going to try Rimmel Liquid Recover Concealer (feel like I should type that out 50 times so I don't forget it).

I'm 37 but look ancient, sigh.

stroppyknickers · 30/12/2008 10:00

Erase paste is brilliant on my crepey old eyes. Plus it's in a cute pink pot (one for you HoochieMomma!) - get them to try it on you. Lou33 - I vote Erase Paste

honestfriend · 30/12/2008 10:13

Best I have found is Bobbi Brown concealer- in small black pot with mirror- powder as well is optional.
There are loads of shades to choose from; it doesn't settle in my 50+ yr old skin; and has illuminators so hides the circles as well.

Pinkjennybellrock · 30/12/2008 10:15

I love Boing.

stroppyknickers · 30/12/2008 10:25

while we are recommending stuff, Tesco longer lashes is soooo great.

lou33 · 30/12/2008 10:30

ok then, so fare the erase paste is coming out on top

am goign into guildford today so will pop to the benefit stand and ask for sample to try and compare

is it waterproof? i need a new mascara but i generally use waterproof

OP posts:
groan · 30/12/2008 10:35

Guerlain concealer is great - in a stick like the famous ysl one but million times better

JJ · 30/12/2008 10:36

I use Blinc Kiss Me mascara. Not the greatest mascara ever but it doesn't run and is easy peasy to get off. I curl my eyelashes sometimes before using it and that makes a real difference though.

JJ · 30/12/2008 10:38

And this sold erase paste for me:
"Erase paste is brilliant on my crepey old eyes."

lou33 · 30/12/2008 10:39

i have really short eyelashes and an aversion to curling htem , as i always seem to pinch my lids when i do

OP posts:
lou33 · 30/12/2008 10:40

yes i think that has swung it for me too !
