IME medical secs are frequently 40somethings called Linda who wear tailored polyester trousers from Next or BHS with either a polyester blouse or a cotton vneck, also from Next or BHS. You'd make their eyes pop out in that dress, and not in a good way
And while hospitals may not need you to dress especially formally, they are usually quite conservative when it comes to work clothes.
Play it safe with a smart non-revealing outfit till you've found your feet. Good luck!
