Yes the cape is lovely.

Anna8888 · 07/10/2008 10:38

No he's blonde kind of rugby player physique so doesn't look like a Gothic villain at all .

mazzystartled · 07/10/2008 10:39

highstreet capes a-go-go, won't look good next year. the nylon pucci-esque tunic of 2008. get something less "fashionable"

Eniddo · 07/10/2008 10:40

yy re capes

matalan do one fgs

Nbg · 07/10/2008 10:41

Tbh I dont really care if its out of fashion.
I'll still like it and it will still look good.
It just wont be very "2009"

Yes, cape gets my vote - very easy and glamorous with long boots and tight jeans...

mazzystartled · 07/10/2008 10:43

it's just one of those things where a cheaper version would do the trick, and you would have more money left over for other things

is there a time limit on spending your voucher?

Nbg · 07/10/2008 10:43

And I can fit back into my Gap skinnys again so I'm happy.

ooh no small villages in sticks are the BEST place to wear things like that to school run

Nbg · 07/10/2008 10:59

Well we are a small town and a little school.

I'll just have to strut in my american retro dress and Thomas Burberry cape

I love the dress - and it would go down at storm at out gates... most moms here are very stylish, I just about hold my own on work days but get seriously raised eyebrows on home days

ImnotMamaGbutsheLovesMe · 07/10/2008 11:20

IMO the dress doesn not go with the shoes. I can't imagine spending over £200 on a dress.

Love the dress but wear it with boots and tights not those shoes.
