What accessories to go with this teal dress for a winter wedding? Prefer bright, total contrast

Was planning on wearing this with a teal cardigan from Monsoon which has jewelly buttons. Need uber-bright shoes, tights, bag, fascinator, jewellery ideas to go with it.

It's an all day affair with no chance to change for the evening so need to (in the words of Carrie) merchandise it up so it's suitable for day and evening.

I really must 'get my colours done' the whole what to wear thing has become way too simple in my mind - "does it fit and not make you look too much like a twat" - heads to cash register

Can't bear the mustard thing - baaaaad flashbacks to the 80's wearing a wraparound mustard skirt and matching t-shirt. I think with my highlights it makes me look like I need a wash

I'd try it with bright (orangey rather than pinky) red accessories.
I have a red top which I wear with a teal cardigan and they look amazing together.
