Flattering barrel or cuffed joggers (for a flight)

Does anyone have any recommendations? Tried the brushed jersey barrel trousers from Uniqlo but they were a bit “worky”.. I want something with a flattering waist band not really bulky around the waist like jogging bottoms tend to be. Ideally in black or charcoal. Size 14.

I have these. So comfortable on, and don't look like overblown balloons 😊(I'm not a fan of the big barrel leg things, I'm big enough ha ha).

I have these too and came on to recommend them - I love mine so much I want to wear them all the time and may need a second pair - I am 5 foot 5 ish and they sit perfectly around my ankle bones I can wear with boots or trainers . I could nave sized down and a snugger fit would probably come
up higher

I’m 5’2” and they look about 2 inches longer on me than on the model. So they come right down to my feet. I’ve had to buy XS as a 10 is supposed to be S but they were huge.

Thanks, I’ve seen those on social media too. Is the waist ok as it looks quite bulky which is what I want (need) to avoid as have enough padding there already! 😂

I don’t know what you mean about the waist being bulky. I’m wearing them now and I’m looking at them thinking are they bulky? 😂

I mean if you have a flat stomach they will sit flat and if not they won’t.

The waistband itself looks very thick and padded to me in the photos… which adds unnecessary inches. Compared to say the waistband of “leggings” style bottoms that usually sit closer to the body.

They do actually look ridiculous when static but I own x5 pairs of cropped barrel cut jeans and don’t give a shit how clownish I look because they’re so, so comfortable and easy to wear. I’m not in the UK OP but in case you have them there mine are from Marine Layer and Pilcro at Anthropologie.

I have 2 pairs of these , I practically live in them. I just wish they did more colours.

Adidas barrel joggers are lovely. Super comfy and soft. I’ve lived in mine since I got them.

I’ve got a pair of very soft, ‘slinky’ ,for want of a better word, joggers from Skechers, they have a flat waistband AND pockets. Ideal for flying in because they aren’t thick. They look smart-ish but feel like pyjamas.

ASOS barrel leg joggers, just the basic brushed style I have them in black they’re casual but don’t look too sloppy
