I'm looking for some shoes that I can wear for a wedding abroad, and have absolutely fallen in love with these

I don't mind spending up to £250 for something truly fabulous but these are just way out of my budget. (Unless I get multiple replies telling me they are the most comfortable shoes in the world!!).

ChatGPT hasn't been able to find me any dupes yet. I especially like the thick/soft looking straps. I find narrow straps cut across/into my toes/feet too much and are so uncomfortable generally.

These are stunning. I love the heel. Very pricey for once in a blue moon wear though, hopefully you find something similar!

I can’t imagine wearing anything like this to a wedding. How are you going to stand in them for hours at the drinks? And how are you going to dance? Would you ever wear them again?

My sore, misshapen trotters are certainly punishing me for the shoes that deformed them. I can't say I regret any of them, though. I do think it's great that today's younger women wear practical shoes much more often. And as long as they can walk, dance and run in them, why shouldn't they choose impractical ones for special occasions?
