I'm looking for some shoes that I can wear for a wedding abroad, and have absolutely fallen in love with these

https://www.aquazzura.com/gb_en/twist-sandal-95-new-nude-twihigs0-nap-nnd

I don't mind spending up to £250 for something truly fabulous but these are just way out of my budget. (Unless I get multiple replies telling me they are the most comfortable shoes in the world!!).

ChatGPT hasn't been able to find me any dupes yet. I especially like the thick/soft looking straps. I find narrow straps cut across/into my toes/feet too much and are so uncomfortable generally.

Open to all suggestions and ideas please! Thank you!

There are some on Vinted for £145 size 3

They remind me of shoes I used to wear 20 years ago that made my feet bleed

Yello24 · Today 05:53

If it helps those original linked ones look wobbly and unbalanced. Much prefer the other two linked here to those weird heel first ones.

I've found one near-perfect dupe (Nine West) and two very good subs, all sold out everywhere 😢 St Laurent has a nice one at £850 ...

... And these. The very square toe's a bit strange. Might be worth seeing how they look & feel on?

I'm glad you like them because..

Are you sure you could wear those all day? They have no sole! The balls of your feet pressing down on the ground. All day

I thought these were a brilliant find - then noticed Jo Mercer has 87% one-star reviews in the UK.

These are stunning. I love the heel. Very pricey for once in a blue moon wear though, hopefully you find something similar!

I can’t imagine wearing anything like this to a wedding. How are you going to stand in them for hours at the drinks? And how are you going to dance? Would you ever wear them again?
