I have a pair in a 3 if you don't mind chopping off your toes.

Although, to be fair, that might ruin the whole comfort thing.

NO! Fimbo! Don't bin the Birkies, they have to be broken in, rub them with Vaseline to soften them, they are comfy, honest.

MN shoe queen...hpw can you not know that birkies need to be broken in??
I have just bought new ones and compared to my old super comfy ones they are awful.

I know that they'll be comft soon though.

Been into Next in York - a large store.

They only do cream and black. When I asked the assistant, she said we have never done silver . Suspect that the other colours then are only available via the Directory?

Re the Birkies. I don't really like them (waits for Cod to clap) but thought they would be good for work and everyone on here raves about them.

My blister is massive I had to sterilise a needle and burst it. Will perserve though and try vaseline.

Cod will try for you on Wednesday ours is a very large Next.

Well, they had some but not in your size (only a 37 and a 40). Either they are v v popular or being discontinued.
