I want some Merry People boots

Will I regret it? Does anyone have them? I walk my dog daily and love my cheap short wellies, but they’ve just split. Rather than buying another £30 pair, is it silly to buy Merry People ones? And if I do, which colourway and style please?

I have the ones with the chunky soles. Love them. Feet get a bit cold in winter… but they’re wellies so to be expected

They are brilliant, I wear them every day for dog walking and general wet weather in autumn/winter. Comfy straight away, no wearing in.

I love mine! I have 2 pairs of the Bobbi boots- one I bought full price and then another pair I got from Vinted. I wore them pretty much constantly throughout last autumn into spring.

Daft question, are the thick soled ones better please? Wish I could try them on but can’t find anywhere with them in stock.

I've not got but have seen the blue and orange ones and they were gorgeous. I had welly boot envy!

I have them absolutely fantastic mine are lavender. Keep eyeing up other colours can’t decide which colour I like the best.

I got some for Christmas year. I love them. So easy to slip on and off, really comfy from day one and I can just run them under outside tap to clean. And they look good!

Mine are mocha with orange trim.

I had half hoped you’d talk me out of this - I’m even more tempted now. Just trying to work out which style / colourway to go for…

I bought a pair last winter and wore them every day for months. Soo comfortable, I love them.

I’ve got 2 pairs. I never thought I would be seen dead in bright coloured mini wellies but my husband got the light blue ones for me as a gift. They were a revelation. So comfy and handy for the allotment or a quick walk to town. And I swear I get compliments every time I wear them. I now have some misty lavender coloured ones with matching socks and I’m eyeing brown ones Go for it

I am also eyeing them up! I read a couple of reviews with people saying they found them a bit slippy on wet pavement - can anyone confirm that they have not found this to be the case?

I have some and they're good. Haven't noticed them being slippy but I am mostly not walking on pavements. However, I did find them incredibly uncomfortable until I removed the insoles.

I have a pair and I walk the dog in all weathers and I’ve not personally found them to be slippy even when I’m walking in wet woodlands. They can be a bit chilly when it’s cold, but that’s true of most wellies and a good pair of socks will sort that.

I've been looking at these too, but don't think I can justify £90 for a pair of ankle wellies, lovely though they are. It's almost time for my arctic Muck Boots though, so my bank balance is safe until spring.

I walk on pavements roads fields beaches woodland upland etc no more slippy than my walking boots.
I stayed with a friend in a city forgot to take any other footwear and walked all round shops and a cathedral in them I didn’t notice any problems. Got stopped. 6 times by people either asking me if I liked them or where I got them from.
Still eyeing up more today can’t decide on the Musk Pink or sea foam yesterday it was violet blue or sherbet orange or maybe I should buy more 2 pairs 🤣

I have a black pair of the Tully style, I love them! Great for walking the dogs but equally look good (after a clean) out and about popping to the shops/collecting kids from school etc. Really comfy too.

Hi, also looking at these- can anyone tell me how heavy they are? I saw a review saying they were “very very heavy”…
I don’t want lightweight boots as they are for dog walking however that sounds a bit off putting!

I am eyeing up the Tully style but also concerned they may be heavy.

But then I have to wear safety boots for work so I might not be a good assessor.

I love mine. They are pink. I wear them most days in the winter, I walk on the SW Coast path which is rugged and wet and they are fantastic. I wear them in the pub with skirts too. I think they're very stylish as well as practical.

Love mine too. So comfy, I find them really warm too. No issues with the weight. I like that they look half decent with jeans too.

I’ve been looking at these and fancied a pair since this time last year. Is they true to size? I’m 5/6 with narrow foot so can’t decide which size to get?
