I'm starting this first one but hoping that when a thread looks close to ending another thread member can set the next one up. This is not working out so well. 😂

To avoid duplicate threads please try to post in the thread that's ending to alert everyone you're setting up a new one.

Other members check who was first to offer and whether a new one is live.
It might be an idea to keep a list of advents that are live in the OP and later on which are sold out. This can be copy/pasted/edited when a new thread is started.

Excellent, thank you! I've not bothered with eye creams before, so I'm keen to trial some decent ones via the gift of BAC's

I'm quite interested in Selfridges FAC for my sins. I nearly bought a New Notes scent in Liberty when I was there.

That's just a guess for a guy, he doesn't even claim to have some leads/inside info or leaks. It's as good as asking chatgpt what will be in harvey nicks advent.

I feel like quite a few went on sale on sept 1st last year

I decided I didn’t need one this year but did go and look to see if the app worked, yes it did but I got a blank screen which was fine as I don’t need one.

And @Growlybear83 and I bought the JL BAC this morning.

I also like the look of the Boots Calendars, the Glossy Box and, now dammit, the Elle marvel too.

I'm very interested in it too. It's quite exciting having a new one to compare 😍 I did say only 1 fac and only 1 bac this year. I think though we can be forgiven, it is unexpected, we didn't know about it, we've already pre-ordered Harrods, so if it's banging, it's not really our fault if we just HAVE to order it as well 🤣

Selfridges is definitely sounding banging. And will most likely discount JLFAC for me so I’m already £99 towards it…

Me too, but just for the record, I was a proper Sloane Ranger clone in the’80s. I looked out from under my blonde, carefully highlighted fringe and wore Quelques Fleur. 😊

I’m looking forward to the Selfridges BAC reveal, hopefully it’s a good one! Have discounted JL and probably Elle after reviewing the contents today. Harrods still top but I’d love to see CB, Selfridges and poss SNK ideally before committing! Well done to all of you who grabbed Harrods FAC.

Sounds promising but obviously the devil is in the detail. So depends what products they are.

I think it's too early for Space NK unless they change their usual pattern. If they stick to it we've got a couple of weeks to wait.

I'm definitely interested in the Selfridges fragance calendar.
Only issue is knowing how popular it will be, last year I was convinced SNK FAC would sell out on the day but ended up at 25% off after I bought it full price.
I got the HNFAC at 25% off and that even dropped to 30% off. I was not interested in it at full price at all as it had no 30ml/50ml bottles.

Honestly, this thread deserves a public service award for all the sleuthing and links as soon as things go on sale that gets shared on here. I'm very grateful for all the information that people provide.
