What bra works with dresses like this big-ish boobs?

What bra would work with this style of dress? I’ve seen a few dresses with similar necklines and I think they’d be great for this hot weather. But totally stumped re. the bra situation. I’m a 32E so braless is not an option and strapless is never that practical. Don’t mind a thin strap showing but not the cup or band.

I’m a DD and stick on is fine for me. I think any bigger or if you are particularly saggy it might not work

I’m a 32E, I have a couple of strapless wonderbras. I’m not too keen on them for tight fitting things as they don’t hold my boobs up high enough to give a nice silhouette, but they work for dresses like this that are less structured.

I’d go for either:
Bikini top
Pretty bralette with a lace/decorative racerback eg. this
Black bra with reasonably slim straps

I’m a 30F and whilst I can just about manage a stick on bra in an outfit with a bit of structure, this dress is giving none at all.

It’s the breastfeeding that’s an issue as they change size as the day goes on, and might leak. A stick on couldn’t hack it. Am hoping when the baby finally weans, I’ll go down to a D cup (🙏) and the possibilities will be endless! 😂

It's £99 because it's made from Materra cotton, a relatively newish way of regeneratively farming cotton that focuses on restoring and improving ecosystems rather than just minimizing harm. It's very high-quality (long silky fibres) & is grown with much less water, land usage & chemicals.

The H&M one is probably viscose or polyester, which are much much cheaper to produce - as is ordinary cotton. But they're all much less environmentally friendly - unless it's organic cotton or EcoVero or similar viscose.

Nobody's Child is really good on the environmental/sustainable/living wage front, so I admire that they're making it mainstream.

I'm a 32E and would probably avoid wearing this as It'd be tent-like but if I did I'd probably wear a strapless bra and then add a belt for definition

This is a stick-on bra. Maybe you could try it on at John Lewis to see if it would work for you.

It's going to be a struggle OP. Have you tried this dress on? Does it not just hang off your boobs and change the shape of the dress?

The only possibility I can think of that hasn't been mentioned, is to wear a crop top underneath it - so you can wear any bra you like this way?

How does it work - the materials list "100% medical silicone glue" ...?? Do you have to reapply the glue every time you wear it?!!!

Definitely a better option.

Anything that reads 'medical grade glue' would make me shudder! My friend said it was horrendous to remove.

It will show under your arm-pits though so better try it with the dress to see if it matters.

I'm not the OP though & don't own that dress.

I was just curious about mention of stick-on bras, plus I've never owned a strapless bra & do have a couple of things they'd be good for. There are probably other threads about decent strapless bras, so I may have a look.

Love these sorts of dresses but have never found a strapless bra that was at all comfortable so, sadly, have given them a swerve.

What I have seen other’s do with real style is wear contrasting/lacy short sleeved tees underneath that mean they can wear a normal bra too?

I have the same issue OP! I'm a 32FF, and going without a bra is not even on my radar! I hate strapless bras, they are so uncomfortable. I would wear a normal black bra underneath or as some else suggested a bright coloured bra, as a contrast.

Often I wear a nude bra underneath, with a dress that has thin straps (depending on the colour of the dress) or cold-shoulder dress etc.

I am a 28HH. No bras fit me other than specialist ones and I have so little choice. The idea of getting a decent strapless bra is just a dream.

Update - I’ve got a bandeau bra from Skims which works! You can’t see it! 🥳

Also, the suggestion of swimwear underneath works well (although I’m more of a swimsuit than a bikini girl). Am keeping the black dress and now able to wear the H&M one too.
