So IG has been hitting me over the head with this shop like crazy and I do love a shirt. Does anyone have any experience with this brand? Is it good or just fabulous marketing.

I have a shirt from the, the classic stripped one and it is amazing - the fit was really good. I have also recently purchased some trousers for the colder months and they fit really well.
I do think it is a bit expensive but worth it for some key items of clothing.

ElizaSchuyler · 17/07/2026 09:33

I've not bought anything but I saw the shirts in Liberty and they looked very good quality.

Anyoneforcoffee · 17/07/2026 10:26

Absolutely everything I have bought from them is beautiful, gets commented on favourably and the quality is excellent. A rare find. And I don't work for them.

MissFritton65 · 17/07/2026 10:37

I've bought shirts from them. Admittedly not the cheapest but fantastic quality and fit.

biedrona · 17/07/2026 10:40

I have two shirts (weekend, very loose) and boyfriend (slightly more fitted) and love them. bought on vinted

Gettingbysomehow · 17/07/2026 10:56

I never wear shirts.

Retro12 · 17/07/2026 11:10

I got recommended this brand when searching for a white shirt - I brought the linen boyfriend and I absolutely love it!

Idlewilder · 17/07/2026 11:11

It's a very odd name.

StylishAndBeautiful · 17/07/2026 12:23

@Gettingbysomehow , they sell other clothes.

AllJoyAndNoFun · 17/07/2026 12:29

I’ve got the Hutton blazer and it’s amazing. They come up big though so size down at least one.

newberry · 17/07/2026 12:44

Am I being cynical or is this entire thread paid for

KomodoIsland · 17/07/2026 13:00

I've bought shirts and trousers from them and they are all fantastic. They have a very narrow range and they do it well.

What a useful contribution to the thread. Thanks.

Agreed. I find it very off-putting.

WannabeMathematician · 17/07/2026 13:29

Thanks all, I think I will try one shirt.

I don’t work for WNU! I have four of their shirts I think - classic striped, a checked, a linen boyfriend and a linen weekend. I wear them all a lot, though the linen boyfriend creases terribly (in the lapis blue). The quality is good, cut is nice - all of mine feel more “current” than cheaper shirts. I do think they’re a bit overpriced and ive ordered some other items and sent them back as thought they were very poor value for money (especially the trousers).

overall, I like them a lot but think they’re really pushing their price point.

The name puts me right off.

Tralalalalatata · 17/07/2026 14:55

I have several shirts and one pair of trousers from there. Beautiful quality, brilliant cuts.

Do also check out Bourrienne if you are in the market for good-quality shirts.

StylishAndBeautiful · 17/07/2026 15:05

The name puts me off too.
If a shirt was about £75 I might be tempted. It might work out as not expensive if worn a lot.

YearoftheHorse60 · 17/07/2026 16:06

It is a silly name.

I bought a shirt and shorts set last summer. The shirt is nice enough but nothing special and not worth the price. The shorts are too short and I don't like them. They have aggressive marketing, which further puts me off. I won't buy anything else.

I thought that!

WomBat55 · 17/07/2026 17:28

I have a blue linen in the Classic cut. I like it - I got it in my normal size and find it a bit big. I picked up a brushed cotton in the Boyfriend style for half price on Vinted - it’s a much better fit in terms of size but it is long - so I have to tuck it in. I like both and think I’ll get a lot of wear out of them for work. I do think the price point is high and I was keeping an eye on the website for a summer sale but there’s no sign of one !

TheChosenTwo · 17/07/2026 17:29

It is a weird name I agree.
But I have a few of their shirts and love them.
However I don’t iron and they do need it so they sit in my wardrobe completely unloved so they’re quite an extravagant waste really.

DontKillSteve · 17/07/2026 17:32

Has anyone tried on the Rampling trousers? Tempted but wonder if they’re going to be too short. The sizing also sounds a bit odd.

Georgiemc · 17/07/2026 17:41

I have a couple of their shirts and boxer shorts (in hemp & cotton) and really like them.

I also recently bought the cotton Cornwall jumper in their Marylebone store. Excited to wear it once it cools down!
