Opinions on this outfit please?

I’m trying to find my sense of style. I really love this outfit but I’m after some opinions on it that aren’t my mum telling me I look lovely no matter what!

the top is nice but the trousers are a bit baggy?

It’s fine, looks light and airy, normally with wide leg trousers a more fitted shorter top works better, and the socks obvs don’t work with it,

I like it but I’d wonder how see through the trousers are, especially from behind.

You do look nice! Normally it's recommended to wear a fitted top and loose trousers, or loose top and fitted trousers, rather than both loose. But this combo works for you!

I think it would look a bit floppy and loose in September but 100% appropriate top and bottom in this weather. Attractive and comfortable but not at all revealing = perfect in my book (if I saw someone in a tailored outfit today I would assume they were possibly a bit silly)

It looks ok I think. Personally I don't like anything (dresses, tops etc) with asymmetrical hems but that's just me.

I wore it with chunky new balance trainers on Tuesday, but also thinking my Birkenstocks would work

I think the hem of the top hits at your widest point and draws attention to that area. You have a beautiful shape and I actually love the fabric of the top but I don’t think it’s particularly flattering.

Although the trousers look light/cool, they also look rather see through. I'd want to ensure my underwear wasn't patterned or visible. Slimmer trousers would be more flattering but appreciate its sticky in hotter weather.

I’m about 95% sure my pants aren’t visible, if they were my mum would’ve definitely said something when I went for coffee with her 😅

I like it but both items look on the baggy/bulky side. Colours nice on the top.

I think it’s fine. I’m not mad about the top. I’d prefer something not sleeveless and with a straight hem.

I don't think it's very flattering. A fitted top always looks best with baggy trousers.

Yes, that looks nice. I’d be adding some matching jewellery (I feel naked without a necklace and earrings).

I don’t have pierced ears but do have some necklaces to add!
