Dress to get married in (NOT for a wedding!)

After over 25 years of being engaged we're getting married. Not telling anyone apart from DC who are now old enough to be witnesses.
I DON'T want a wedding dress, want something I can wear again. I'm 54, size 22/24, 5ft 8. DP may well just turn up in shorts...
Budget - under £150

This is spooky. My other half and I finally got married a couple of months ago after 25 years together (I’m 54). It was just us, my DM, and our next door neighbours. We had a lovely day, I hope you do too op.

Congratulations! We have been together for a similar amount of time and are getting married this summer but I can’t help with the dress really because we are having the full shebang and I’m defo wearing a wedding dress.

Just wear whatever you will feel comfortable in. It’s your day, your budget and your life. If you are not having lots of people there nobody will be there to see it anyway. As long as you love it and your new husband loves it who cares? Have a lovely day xx
