I like Laura Mercier Creme Brulee but it's about £40 odd squids...depends what you mean by expensive I suppose! To me that is a once a year treat these days.

Oo Jo Malone ones are gorgeous too. Same price range as the Laura Mercier.

What sort of smell did you have in mind? flowery, fruity, herby (herbal?), woody?

Well I am loving the Body shop body butter atm, it is lovely and cheap so you can slather it all over.

I use the Body Shop body butter, but I don't think the smell lasts all day.

I don't hold a scent well, though.

I know it probably sounds a bit boring, but the Sanctuary at Boots have a good one - nice strong smell.

I'm using Lush's Karma Cream - smells of patchouli mostly.

£40 is doable but as long as it lasts a reasonable amount of time otherwise I can't justify it! lol!

Possibly. L'Occitane has lovely stuff - their Lavender always smells lovely, in handcreams or body lotions.

I like Arran Aromatics. Or, recently, I've gotten hooked on this shop, which I can patronise in person and get stuff in the Argyll/Inverary range purdies
