I think this relates to the loyalty vouchers you get tor spending at Liberty @IlovePond If you have Beauty drop I think you’ll have a loyalty account. Putting money into beauty drop doesn’t contribute to it but for every £200 spent at Liberty you get a £10 voucher sent quarterly. I’m just trying to figure when I ordered the calendar last year and who the voucher comes from- anyone know the email address please? Thanks

Contact details are on the website. Obviously you get loyalty points when you spend your BD credit.

@26inprogress my last loyalty voucher came on the April 1st email from [email protected] I'm a shocker for remembering to spend them!!

I think the next loyalty vouchers arrive around 1st October.
I used to like having the physical voucher through the post, but they're via email now and easier to miss.

They are extremely easy to miss and hard to replace. They should be available on your online account, and it's a very poor show by Liberty that they aren't. It's definitely a deliberate tactic to minimise people actually using them....

They also tend to attach loyalty spend vouchers to the Sunday emails they send out every week if you scroll down to the bottom.

Which I don’t get. I didn’t realise they’d stopped sending physical vouchers. In light of that they should definitely be appended to the relevant account. They could add them to our credit for BD members.

As soon as I see digital vouchers come in I pin them to the top of my emails because it's very much out of sight out of mind with e vouchers that don't track to your online account (see also THG e vouchers).

I've been spending with BD for years now and only my most recent vouchers came via post. I think Liberty processes are quite haphazard!

Im glad im not the only one. I rang them last week as knew id has an email saying end of Sept one ran out. They were very helpful and found it and emailed it to me. I had to wait 10 mins in a queue but was worth it. I had to emphasise it was the loyalty voucher not beauty drop. She also sent me some other ones I had on account.
I think its rediculous that its not displayed on your account page like beauty drop credit is.

Thanks for all the loyalty voucher info, guys. I definitely should have had one for the a/c I bought last year. It must have been buried on an email somewhere. I certainly have never spent it!

Yes, sorry if I scared you by not being clear enough! I’d completely forgotten about it (and also wish they still sent them by post), thankfully they sent a reminder email about 3 weeks ago.

I might potentially go for the perfume kit as it’s still available, given that the selection is something I usually like about the calendar.

It was. I bought another jar on eBay and have mourned it ever since that one ran out. I used it at night.

I have a lot of bd credit. I have more than enough for the Calendar but after buying last years blind and hating all the perfumes. I didn’t buy this years and cancelled the BD. I told them it was because of the perfumes.
They should do a Perfume Lovers and Perfume Hater’s Calendar 😀
The perfume they include is so niche. I don’t actually mind the actual Liberty perfumes but they don’t seem to include them often.

Hi - joining as this just popped up! I have £100 credit and am really enjoying the boxes. Sadly fallen in love with Bibbi Swimming Pool which is expensive but am going to buy some.

@TofuTuesday - you might find some reasonably priced Bibbi Swimming Pool on Vinted or eBay. (I think it was in a beauty edit somewhere recently and lots of people really disliked it so are probably trying to sell it!)
