@BlueLimes Ive only ordered once, it wasnt a good experience for me so I haven't ordered again. I did a quick search and they state that they sell brand-new, safe-to-use cosmetics that are often discounted because they are overstock, have damaged outer packaging, are discontinued, or are near their end-of-shelf-life I hope that helps.

Hi sorry I’ve been quiet. I have two dogs and they are both unwell, one straight after the other. One needs an operation and we don’t know if it’s cancer. The other one we are waiting for blood results to see if her protein levels are going back up and I’m also worried we are going to lose her if the levels don’t go up. Big vet bills, as they are insured but it’s 20 percent excess and it’s down to just me to pay. Also I’m not going to be able to renew at least one insurance next month as it’s gone to 1400 a year and then 700 for other and I have cats that I have to also pay insurance for. Feeling fed up. Discovered that my cat that’s on hp finance and was two years old when I got it has lost thousands in value. I’m trying to part ex it and use some of the money to pay an ap on mobility car.

Also I bought a concealer from space nk with the discount, is it worth sending it back and reordering for double points? Thank you in advance

@Lonely12 so sorry that you're going through a hard time. I've had recent worries with my pooch and vet bills, plus car issues. So I'm aware of how expensive and stressful it all is. I hope pooch is OK, sending you lots of love and support 🥰

I'm tempted to also send some of my stuff and rebuy for the double points. I already need to go to the post office to return one of them, but I had such a drama with them getting my refund for the flamingo palette so I'm trying to weigh up if it's worth the stress.

🤣 I'm not sure if she can be one of us. She's said that she hasn't used the huda primer, whereas I think we all opened it after seeing (was it @MrsBnow12 who took one for the team and opened it?) how it blended out. She also seems to have only received 1, whereas we all got a few each 🤭

@BlueLimes I've used Boop Beauty a few times but mostly for Shampoo. Not sure if I'd use it for skincare unless it specified it was over stock (which it does sometimes). I do like that they give you a free gift with your order though and I've never had any issues with my orders. I've looked at that bundle a few times, it's good value but not very exciting.

My Kayali and Replica perfumes arrived today. Annoying that if I'd waited a day I could have got a £10 voucher 🙄. I'm in love with Replica By The Fireplace, it smells like bonfires and is making my inner goth very happy.

I tend not to bother as sometimes returns don't go smoothly but I guess it's worth it to some extent if it ends up being a simple process.

@Lonely12 sorry to hear about your pet worries, I hope they both make a full recovery soon. Re. returning the order, if the order was a small one it's probably not worth it - if my maths are correct on an order of £25 you'd have earned 25 points which would equate to £1.25 value in rewards, so with the current promotion it would be 50 points, £2.50 value. So it's the difference of £1.25, and maybe I'm just a lazy cow but I'd not bother with a post office trip for that.

But my local post office is an under-staffed nightmare, and every parcel recently has gone awol and required chasing up, so every trip is painful imo!

Also, I need some advice please: my Diptyque listings on Vinted got pulled again! Different photos and listing details, no mention of sample, no pic of sample only wording. What am I doing wrong?!

God knows with vinted, they don't tell you why they're unhappy whilst threatening you everlasting damnation.

I’ve had issues with Vinted for listing two identical items. They were perfumes from the CB stockings but they clearly thought it was dodgy, yet they let the really scammy listings stand. I’ve seen countless Shein items listed as more expensive makes etc.

@Lonely12 - I hope your animals are ok and you can get insurance renewed at a reasonable price. Maybe ask about any possible deals on one of the MN pet forums.

As to why they accept some obvious fakes and not genuine products, I have no idea other than collective insanity.
