Doesn't seem to work on the WA fair edit 🤦🏻‍♀️

What have they got against the people who want the fair edit? 😂

For those of you who have used the WA blush sticks before, how do you find them? I’ve always stuck with powder blush, but I got a WA in the recent bride edit

@Thelifeofawife i love the WA petal blush & have been using it for the last year. But I’m probably a bit basic when it comes to blush, as I find one or two that I like and pretty much stick to those until they’re finished or (worse!) discontinued.

I like them. I have Petal which I think is the same as the one you have. It's a nice shade. I don't really love sticks as a delivery system (why am I coveting this WA edit??) but it is nice.
My favourite cream blush is the Summer Fridays one - which is in the other SNK edit with the pink bag.

Doesn't work on any of them 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have petal and it just doesn't work for me - the colour is good, but it's a bit too pigmented and I haven't found a good way to apply it. I've tried directly from the stick, with my fingers and with a brush but none of them look quite right.

I've only used my WA blush once but used a foundation brush with 2 layers so I was light handed. I have a Clinique chubby stick blush and that worked really well with padding on with fingers.

I have dou dou and petal, I like them, the colours are nice and they blend out really well 😍

I've started using the Dou Dou shade that came in the spacenk advent over the past week and I bloody love it - I didn't expect it would suit me but i tried it on while wandering around shopping the other week and it's perfect for me and lights my whole face up 🥰 it looks scary when you first dot it on but it blends out beautifully

The JL Mother’s Day box is available on the TikTok shop for £60 and free delivery. I think a pp said they were interested?

I like that one too but it is strong, so I tend to put a tiny bit on and then use a brush to soften it.

Tried the WA blush in jam - it really is the colour of strawberry jam, on my lips. Put some gloss over. Worked really well.

Turns out they're blush and lips - This multi-use formula for cheeks and lips is infused with hydrating ingredients for a flushed-from-within pop of color.
D'oh.

Teams auto light isn't doing me nice today. Look really pale with dark red lips.

I’m a little late to the party but I’ve eventually ordered the CB perfume samples. I couldn’t decide on another product to add to get free delivery. After moaning that I had toothpaste in one of the advent calendars, when I got round to trying it I actually quite liked it so I ordered a Marvis toothpaste too.

My SNK gwp arrived and I actually quite liked it. There’s quite a lot in the box even though they are smaller sample sizes there a nice selection of different things.

After having the WA edition in my basket all morning I have decided to be strong for now.

I forgot to say thank you to everyone for their bad influence. I think this may be an expensive thread to follow.

I also succumbed to the SNK GWP after saying I wouldn’t. I really pleased with it - a lot of things I’m keen to try and a few bits I’ll pop on vinted.

You've all made me doubt myself on the Petal blush so I just tried it again and I think it's just the wrong shade for me (too warm) so now I'm thinking of buying the fair edit 😆

Let us know if there's anything that really stands out. I didn't get the GWP but I did do a bit of Vinted stalking for the bits I was interested in so I might buy some if they're particularly good. I thought the oskia serum and the cleanser looked interesting. I already own a lot of the others!

the YTTP cleabser I’ve had before, it’s only so so. Excited to try the K18 mask (I’ve the oil from an advent that I’ve not started yet so I’ll try both this week).

Yesterday I used the J’aime Bond leave in conditioner from the Harrods advent. I really rate it, my hair was smoother and felt so soft.

I would happily pay up to £50 for an edit, anything after that, I might as well just pick individual items..

Ha, brilliant. And very true. Hopefully CB will take that into account and reduce the price, as well as refunding people who've already bought it.
