@JoRaRaRa Did you have any luck returning your Gucci blush? I’m still waiting for CB to review and confirm the return, it’s been about 10 days.
I’ve never returned anything with them before, so I’m not sure what’s normal, but this feels like a long drawn out affair

The fairy seems to be selling multiple Benefit gwps if anyone likes that range. Only apparently worth £35 to start with though, so £15 cheaper, but I'm assuming they do buy excess stock on a wholesale basis now. If only we could find their distributor, I'm sure we could split a pallet of gwps between us 😂

I only sent it on Friday night so it's still on its way to them. I did return an unopened hourglass foundation and the refund was processed the day after they received it. I've returned things to them before and they've always been quick. What does their policy say?

I'm having a nightmare getting my money back from SpaceNK. I sent back one of the flamingo palette that I bought at full price, it then had 20% off the next day. They received it on 2nd Feb and I keep going round in circles with them. They say it's been processed and then the first excuse was that only the £5 credit had been processed due to human error, then when I chased, there had been an internal system and they couldn't process it, then the most recent excuse is that my bank has rejected it. Each time, I have to chase it 😡 It's putting me off buying with them again.

@Thelifeofawife and @IDontKnowWhatYouMean thanks for the Stackers info. I am conflicted- on the one hand that is a very good price with a GWP included, but I don’t really want so much more no7 stuff! It’s in my basket atm, so I shall see. There is 4.8% c/b on TCB too.

I also want a large Stackers toolbox or another organiser for my bedside table - I am so annoyed that I let one get away on eBay the other day!

@JoRaRaRa I haven’t even gotten that far with CB, I requested a return and they asked me for photos, which I sent, then nothing from them since despite me chasing them.
I don’t even want a replacement now, but as it was part of GWP order and I want the other stuff, I’m conflicted. Not that I need another GWP after my Vinted haul 😅

I sent back the full CB order with the gwp. I'd rebought all the Patrick ta stuff that I'd bought in the 40% code debacle, so when we could buy it on vinted, I felt that I'd prefer to get the 40% off 🤣 plus they never sent me the free mini duo Patrick ta blush that I was meant to get for spending over £85 on the brand. They said they'd sold out of it. Which could be why the westman atelier highlighter isn't adding 🤔

I have ended up with an extra vinted gwp, I got to a stage where I couldn't remember what I'd bought and sold 🤣 so I've got 2 full sets and the Medik8 and decree mask from another. Has anyone tried the malin+Geotz moisturiser from the set?

I did it as damaged and then the next day I received a link to pay to return it and then received a returns label. Which I don't think I should've had to pay.

@JoRaRaRa They have finally replied saying they need a photo of the batch number….which I sent over a week ago!

They also ban people who return things more than a few times. I got banned last year although after a few months it seemed to be not in effect as I could purchase normally.

If you paid by credit card I’d have just opened a clam with your credit card company. They’re not legally allowed to charge you to return a faulty item.

@IDontHateRainbows That’s a bit cheeky isn’t it! They probably realise they can’t financially sustain permanently banning people - especially us lot 😅

I know - massive own goal. Space NK seem to have this thing where they disable the returns function for serial returners but you can still purchase (ask me how I know...)

That’s against the law! My pet peeve is companies who don’t refund basic postage charges when whole orders are returned. I’ve lost count of the number of stores that do this but even supposedly reputable ones like Net a Porter will only refund if you point it out. It’s so cheeky.

It's their own fault fie marketing themselves as no fault free returns, and then when people do ....

I still buy from them, I could probably return in store and make a fuss if they refused ( I'm good at that)
