What bra do I need to get for this jumpsuit?

I know a halterneck bra will still show at the shoulders, so what bra do I need to be looking for for this jumpsuit: https://www.next.co.uk/style/su759291/w57106

I have big boobs, so I don't think strapless will cut the mustard!

It's quite low on the sides so a strapless bra is going to show. Best option is a stick on one

JustAnotherMinionForAMerchantOfDeath · 02/02/2026 11:52

Strapless would be easiest but you used to be able to get multiway ones. Crossing the straps in the front on one of those wouldn’t show I don’t think

Soontobe60 · 02/02/2026 11:58

Actually, this style wouldn’t be great on someone with big boobs - you’d end up looking like you’ve got one big boob if you wore a strapless bra. Have a look for a wrap over jumpsuit instead!

Easier to not get the jumpsuit.

SoScarletItWas · 02/02/2026 15:23

The ultimate Wonderbra strapless is great for bigger boobs. I’m an E/F cup and wore one with my wedding dress and it didn’t move an inch.

StylishAndBeautiful · 02/02/2026 15:37

It will probably cost more than the jumpsuit.

Madcats · 02/02/2026 15:49

Sloggi do a range of "adapt" bras, where you can clip the shoulder straps together. I am not sure whether they will be any good for big chests, but you might be able to adjust a bra using the same principles (scroll down in photos if it isn't obvious what I am talking about):

Think you need a decently made bra with decent width straps. This one looks a suitable design but for me (a 38B) I worry it might not be firm enough to give lots of support. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Zetopump-Wireless-Triangle-Invisable-Bra-Seamless/dp/B0DDKXYTRC/ref=sr_1_5_sspa?crid=3KGTDMXX8C1H0&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.0qjKcKSy5_6By9bWw1Zn2xVIxaKuYh8XM7bHi9PeEEGAqj5ElxIEpeTfYC3GVR3M2fVsvJp_TtTxfAItUgGlPukqVz5oH-qm1-Dk9cTuOljpo7seYKdc1_G5Yb_E2bjksBeum1LOKJeYf5HVtQYiH64uXffc-nSJMk6cQljmdBUsiUZaWl4FPftc1uxL6gv_uxYJa0eeC2JxVzo9DScodqniWvSBdJUILN77xt6_0v1ayhDOIpHQO6KqHuz4ocZUR5u5Fk43BaGxArTLQ6oEvW9xaZdC3f3Lz-Vg3_Go75o.SfeUeKnarlTK_OubBB6CT9pxV7boaw5moRaVNYPDH68&dib_tag=se&keywords=multiway%2Bbra%2Bstrappy&qid=1770050970&sprefix=multiway%2Bbra%2Bstrappy%2Caps%2C121&sr=8-5-spons&aref=pVrf8eW3KX&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&th=1&psc=1

Halter neck or straps that you can cross over the front or tightly at the back. But if you’ve got heavy boobs I think the straps will pinch your chest or cut into your neck unfortunately

Yes totally agree - it wouldn’t look right with big boobs

selffellatingouroborosofhate · 02/02/2026 18:17

This is not a suitable jumpsuit for the large-norked. That kind of high halterneck doesn't cover the types of bra we need, it will gape at the sides because the breast peaks will pull the front panel forwards, and the high neckline is unflattering and creates a monoboob effect.

StylishAndBeautiful · 02/02/2026 18:21

It looks like something Barbie would wear. She may be busty but doesn't need a bra. Smile

Emma6cat · 02/02/2026 20:23

I am big busted (36E) and don’t think I would be able to wear something like that. I do have a wrap round jumpsuit and can wear a normal bra.

Yes, I've had great success with the Boomba inserts that are sticky on both sides

They stick to the clothes. They stick to the clothes. And in my size. Where have these been all my life?

I have a few sticky options depending on the neck line and they hold up mine, which are a large D on a petite frame. Stayed all night, dancing at an Indian wedding. I was actually quite shocked.

32H here. Cluckycluck's suggestion of Boomba claims to go to my size in the type that stick to both you and the inside of your clothes.

Mosaic123 · 03/02/2026 09:14

Wear different outfit. This is not for you. Sorry

HessianSack · 03/02/2026 12:03

A strapless bra should work if it's in the right size. Make sure the band is very tight. Most people wear a band that's too loose and cups too small. All the support should come from the band, not the straps. Visit boob or bust for the correct way to measure.

ChocolateMagnum · 03/02/2026 12:09

Wow! Thank you to those of you who have been helpful. Really, really appreciate you're help.

To the miserable buggers, joke is on you. I look incredible and happy and strong as fuck. I just don't want my bra showing. Are you women? If so, stop being so unsisterly and go examine what is wrong in your life instead of taking your misery out on other people who are joyful and happy and love sparkly clothes.

ZeroDucksLeft · 03/02/2026 13:09

You want something like the Bravissimo Alexa bra, although I don’t think they sell them anymore so would need to have a look for your size on Vinted. Possibly the Alicia one but I haven’t tried that myself with this kind of neckline so couldn’t be sure.

A bra strap or strapless bra that shows?
Nah. Not classy.
