Mmm - I’m tempted to go for a Treasure in hopes of getting a Kennington, a Moorfield or a Blackfriars and I wouldn’t object to a small Canfield.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t want any of the other options. (I loathe the slings and bum bags and have a Paddington B already that I haven’t found a use for!)

The returns process seems to have been simplified from the last time I looked, though. I wouldn’t object to a gift card if it meant a return was free. Has anyone tried the exchange option for another Lucky Dip?

I ordered one if each. I have a finchley medium retro blue, a Kennington crossbody military and a Stratford crossbody in mustard. The finchley is my least favourite as i have this already in frost.

Incidentally it would appear my original "picks" were refunded or atleast that's what my reciept says. Thank god, as those 3 were horrid for me!!

I have a medium Camden in Jacaranda, which I quite like, and a small Bantry B in English Rose (pale pink) which I definitely won't use.

I will return or sell on the pink one, unless anyone has a duffle or a tote they're looking to swap?

I got an unexpected neon green small Canfield this morning and my account tells me I’m getting a tonal grey medium Canfield for my second order. Not super happy with either so ordered 3 treasures this morning. Luckily I was able to cancel my order when I rang a little while ago.

Will probably return one or both of the Canfields. I was hoping for a small Finchley but I missed the black one in the sale. Will wait for Easter now. I’ve only kept my small black Bantry from last years haul

I would have loved Jacaranda. If I ever get a colour it's always bloody red, pink or orange.

I can't complain about the large Forest Finchley I got a couple of years ago to be fair.

I got Canfield Roll Top Backpack in Firecracker (Medium) as the jackpot item and Kennington Crossbody in Aquatic Awe (Medium) as the treasure. Think they work well together - almost opposite on the colour wheel!

I couldn't see what I was getting on Shop but order has arrived today.

Received a Medium (I think. No tags at all and haven't measured yet) Canfield in the blue and white hickory stripe with the red lining - this was the £34.95 dip

A pre-production sample from November 2023 small black bantry with simply purple (black label and black zip too)

A Willesden in Indigo Tonal. This is the only one of the 3 I'm undecided about. It's quite a small bag and much as I love the colour way I'm not sure about it. This is the only one with a proper tag

If someone knows that they’d be happy with a Portobello in light denim blue, rather than going for a dip they might consider ordering from John Lewis where they are showing at £29:95.

They had Canfield B in Midnight for £37.48 and Waterhouse in Moss for £39.95 but they are now out of stock online. If you’re near Solihull or Welwyn (Canfield) or Kingston or Watford (Waterhouse) it might be worth a visit as they are showing as in stock there.

I dipped too often in the past two years and now have a stock of unused bags, as well as the two I have been using as I’ve not been out much recently (health reasons). I really ought to put them on the Facebook group.

Mine hasn't arrived yet but I have a Portobello light denim supposedly on the way I would swap

@Yalz not to encourage but IF you wanted Roka credit, list them on Roka Preloved (on the actual Roka website) you get 110% in store credit.

I was going to do that if my dips didn't suit so I could have credit for when the new spring lines launch but now feel I have failed big time as I will probably keep all 3 😂

Help my account says I owe 2p but as it’s under the cards least amount $0.50us (this is a British Visa card so anyway……)
I have emailed Roka has anyone else had this? It was my first order and had a bit of a splurge!

@Therandomtrekker1 on the Facebook page there was quite a few who seemed to have the issue of looking like they 'owed' money. I think it will correct itself once the order is fulfilled

They emailed me back quickly, apparently it is how the system deals with the lucky dip so nothing for me is to do but wait.

I have a dark green Canfield which I use a lot. I will be happy with anything they send me.

When I ordered my shop app immediately showed 2 bags (Canfield small and medium). Order status has changed now to dispatched and the bags have changed - shop is showing 2xCanfields as refunded and a tote and Finchley now in the order.

Let's see what actually arrives!

Edit: and with all the adding and refunding my order cost is now showing as £165 but they've only taken the actual cost

That’s helpful suggestion, but I need to cut down on the number of bags I have. Unless I use the credit for full price bags (perish the thought!) I’m going to end up with a similar number.
