I have already had a response from ROKA- they are sending me out another jackpot and had told me to keep the damaged bag! That is outstanding customer service, I’m really pleased with that, and the speed of response, considering how busy they must be now!

Anyone ordered this afternoon? I ordered at 5 pm but it hasn't updated to say what it is yet. I know it can change anyway, but for some reason I just want it to show something! Can't explain why!

I ordered yesterday and mine never did update (my previous order did). Someone else on the FB page had the same.

I've just ordered a treasure. I would be happy with any small backpack, cross body or similar. Not fussed about colours, something bright would be nice. Fingers crossed.

I have managed to keep away from the shop app and am eagerly anticipating my surprises tomorrow! So far I've liked 80% of the photos shared!

Trying not to twitch on another go at a jackpot. I'd like a duffle !

So close to doing another, but I really really don't need any more backpacks. I don't even need any of the other bags, but there are a couple I really like .....I'm sure they'd be useful!

Sigh. I got a beautiful Rains carry all for Christmas, why can't I just be satisfied with that, and the Hershel backpack I got in the JL sale, plus my Camden P from the lucky dip (and my four other Roka bags....).

Well, this is going to be intriguing. Returning most of my last dip, but there are still a couple of styles/colours I have been drooling over, so yesterday I cracked and dipped again 😂This time the preview is showing part of what I'm getting (some of which will be going back or getting sold/swapped), but not all, for some reason, so there's going to be a bit more of a mystery element to this one...

I don't use the shop app. When I click on my order on the Roka website it still shows just "treasure" - can I expect this to change or am I just going to have to be patient and wait for it in the post?

From previous years, does anyone know what happens at the end of the lucky dip? Do all the returns go into a clearance section online, or do they just keep the dips going until everything is gone?

Not so happy with my Lucky Jackpot - I think it's a Canfield. Fine but the colour's not for me - a dull mustard yellow with black straps, not my colour at all so I'll return that. Was hoping for something pink or purple ah well!

@PinguSlippers - last year ROKA had a couple of in-promotion promotions before the LD finished, such as free delivery and the odd freebie.

Once the LD promotion finished, it finished and everything went back to full price on the website.

It’s hard to know if they will do something similar this year. Their very generous time-limited BF promotion surprised me, as did their Xmas sale, (which seemed to be replacing LD, only for Lucky Dip to appear in January instead!)

It’s hard to know what they might do this time round - I would be surprised if there wasn’t at least one free delivery promotion before LD ends, but they could also end Lucky Dip any time they like 🤷‍♀️

I do have the shop app and I couldn’t see what was coming at any point. When it arrived the receipt said ‘Lucky Treasure’. To be fair the bag which is a City duffel didn’t have any tags so assume it was a sample hence the Sop app not showing what it was

Fingers crossed for not a duffel! Would be happy with any backpack or any cross body style bag. Will keep checking, I am got good at being patient.

Well my bag arrived today and as expected I hate it. So £8 down the drain for delivery here and back! Telling myself now I won't get sucked in with next years lucky dip!!
