I ordered two on Friday. The one I ordered first hasn’t been despatched but the one I ordered second is apparently delivered. Strange!

Mine originally was a medium Cranfield in citron but it’s just been delivered and it’s a Finchley in taupe. Much better for me and I’m really chuffed!

Have ordered a Jackpot and Treasure, because I am dreadfully indecisive about colours, and always get FOMO over the colour I didn't choose. Therefore maybe random blind purchasing is the answer!

Interestingly I emailed them just to query it (as I’m worried that I wouldn’t get what I’m allocated as it wasn’t picked in time!) and when I look at my order now, where before it said I owed 1p it now has a manual payment of 1p so now nothing shows as owed.

I wonder if the 1p thing made my order stuck in limbo, and after my email someone has gone in to manually resolve it. Will be interesting to see if my bags get shipped now!

That's interesting as mine has been showing I owe 1p too. I will have to contact them tomorrow to see if this helps move mine along.

Mine arrived and were the same as was previewed on Shop, I actually don't mind the firecracker colour, and the shoulder one will be fine for work, so I'll keep them. Annoyingly my other medium roka is also orange! Last year's dips were better for me. Ah well!

Love my bags. Can’t get to the small one though as someone has claimed the packaging as her own.

Well I've sold my Bantry on FB and think I'm about to swap my black Trafalgar and I like the others except the small Stratford in Poppy.

Portobello tote is huge, really pleased with it. Little Chelsea bag will be great for carrying phone and bits when I nip out or walk dogs.

Not massively keen on the graphite Camden. Just the colour and the shininess, not for me. I’m not on Facebook so will get someone else to look for swaps/sell on there for me.

I got a grey Paddington. Its ok, I was hoping for something brighter and squarer, but stylish dd says its very nice and practical.

I got a Chelsea pocket in yellow, a medium tote in kiwi and a Gatwick in deep blue. I also ordered some ankle socks as they’re super comfy!

The first two bags are fine, and I’m really happy with the Gatwick, but the only problem is that the clip to hold the top handles together is broken! Not sure whether to message them, or just to take it to Timpsons or something to get it fixed? What do you guys think?

I think I would email them. I bet they'll be happy to replace it if they have any left. If they don't have any, then you can always decide then to just keep it and go to Timpsons
