@JoRaRaRa Everyone seems to rave about the new Chanel concealer. I haven't tried it but plan to when I eventually need one.

I have an Hourglass and EL Doublewear. I like both but think maybe I like HG best. Not much in it.

Also have a mini Kosas one but feel that is more brightening than coverage.

I find the trickiest thing with concealer is working out the best powder to use. It can really effect how good the concealer looks. I find if I don't use some sort of powder it can exacerbate mascara causing panda eyes.

I put on some LM hydrating primer and that made a huge difference to appearance. I tried to find some under eye primers but they don't seem to exploit that need at the moment.

I've been looking at trying the hourglass concealer, mainly because I have the hourglass concealer brush 🤣 I've also been thinking about the guerlain one because I use the guerlain foundation, but the original foundation is quite drying, I use the glow one, so I'd want to try it first to make sure it didn't dry out my skin. I think I'll give the hourglass a go 😁

@JoRaRaRa I use Dior Forever concealer and love it. It doesn't cake on me and covers dark circles really well. I only need a small amount for coverage so it lasts me quite a few months. Currently on sale at Boots.

@JoRaRaRa I have just bought the new Charlotte Tilbury concealer to try, currently use Tarte and fancied a change and probably influenced by everyone recommending it.

I’m thinking of getting Bobbi Brown foundation stick that I could also use as a concealer. Not too many reviews on the product though 🧐

I've seen mixed reviews on this. Would be interested to hear your thoughts once you've used it for a while.

I use Bobbi Brown concealer (stick) in ivory under powder. I don’t usually wear foundation

Tarte was my go to 💜 I've used it for years after visiting Vegas and discovering it in Sephora 🙈 I used to buy it in bulk back when you could only get it in America 🤣 but unfortunately it creases around my eyes now 😭 I still use it on my face though, just not around my eyes. I used to buy loads of tarte stuff and still use some of the palettes 😍

I know, I had a little giggle to myself about how accurate the guesses were, the avant was upside down but I knew instantly that’s what it would be 😅

It’s a great set for the money.

@JoRaRaRa I’ve actually been using an Aldi dupe, it’s one of the best I’ve tried. I think it’s a dupe of Armani

Edited: I tried the Hourglass but it was no good for me. It did nothing for me and I couldn’t seem to get the right shade - after buying 2 of them I gave up!

Has anyone tried the d&g concealer? It currently has 30% at sephora so I'm tempted to try that.

I’m happy with it :-) I think it would be fine on dry skin, it’s quite a creamy texture. I dab it then blend on moisturised skin.

I’m seriously impressed by the detective skills on display here!

Adding kosas corrector and fenty hydrating concealer into the @JoRaRaRa mix. Nars was alright, beauty pie rubbish.

Dry skin. I’m very happy with this combo.
