Just in case anybody remembers this from a while ago!

I can't get any discount codes to work on that box @OvaHere . Tried APP25 and CHOOSE but both times it say's the box isn't eligible for the codes. Did you manage to get it?

If anyone's tempted by the Next Beauty Lovers Box don't bother - it's crap.

It's advertised as including:

• ELEMIS, Superfood Midnight Facial, 15ml, (travel size)
• The Flat Lay Co. Lunar Flat Lay Makeup Pouch, (full size)
• Nudestix, Nudies Matte and Glow Core All Over Face Blush Colour, Magenta Magic (full size)
• Floral Street, Iris Goddess EDP, 10ml, (travel size)
• Coco & Eve, Tanning Mousse, 50ml, (travel size)
• Dr. PawPaw, True Coral Lip Balm, 10ml, (full size)

But... Instead of the Nudestix blusher I received a muddy brown Delilah eyeshadow stick (it's hidden at the bottom of the of the Next website that you get either the blusher or the eyeshadow)
There is no FS perfume - and it isn't included in the full ingredients list - (neither is the eyeshadow for that matter)..;
The flat lay bag is very plasticky and creased as F*; and the box everything was in was bashed about, so couldn't gift it if I wanted to.

I'm disappointed with Next - their boxes are usually better than this.

I noticed that the description was different to the photo, how disappointing! Did you receive the Neals Yard massage oil instead of the perfume and which Delilah stick is it please? I love the shade cinnamon bun but it looks like it could be hot chocolate? TIA x

@keepincool i got the Lucky Box too! My only fall from grace of not buying beauty bits this month - but I used quite a few bits in this and there’s a couple I really wanted to try. Same as you I would definitely be tempted into another one next year.

I did get the massage oil - but I'm not planning on massaging anyone so it's no good to me.

The Delilah stick is hot chocolate - it doesn't look very nice

Well now - it is always worth calling Next customer services, which I've just done. They could see the the description of the box doesn't match the accompanying photos so they will get the website team to sort it out.

As a gesture of goodwill I've been given a full refund and I can keep the box that I have - so my grumpiness is diminished 😊

Sorry they must have changed it. It was showing at the discounted price this morning (no code needed) but now is back to full price.

Good result at the end @keepincool though a faff to have to have complained.

I was SO tempted by the lucky box but managed to talk myself out of it, even though I expressly wanted a good K-beauty set. No idea why I steered away from it, it ticked all my boxes! I’ll look out for it next year!

@keepincool the SK Lucky box is gorgeous. I'm on k beauty ban this year though so I pushed it out of my thoughts when it released. SK do the best boxes.

A lot of the products are okay until 2028 - so I will hopefully get through most of them by then. The 2 SPF sun cushions will be used this year. The square mediheal pads will be used as masks (I usually apply eye masks and a couple of square pads to my cheeks as soon as I get up in the morning). I get through lots of toners and face masks.

I'm keen to try the Dr Reju-All PDRN cream, the Medicube night wrapping mask and the Kahi wrinkle bounce balm - so they were some of the main pulls.

How are the birthday festivities going @JoRaRaRa ? Is it a Delina, POaL or Oriana evening?

I keep reading the PDRN cream as PORN cream, have a brief wtf moment and then my brain catches up😯

I've had a lovely birthday, pampered myself with another face mask this morning, then I've had some friends and family visits with gifts throughout the day, plus mimosas and cake 🎁🍾🥂🎂 my husband wrapped up my Harrods purchases, so I finally opened them and I'm so pleased with it all. The browns in the Tom ford palette are slightly darker then the image, but I'll still use them 😀My parents gifted me some money, so I bought one of the lovely flamingo chantecaille palettes and I'll bank the rest for future purchases 😊

@keepincool I'm glad you got a good outcome with next, they sound like they have good customer service 😁 I actually forgot about the crystal noir perfume that I'd bought and given to my husband to wrap, so I actually ended up wearing that instead 💜 and your sk box is gorgeous 😍
