I’m not a sequin fan really, they’re a bit cruise ship attire for me!
I also wouldn’t wear this anyway, I’m a cold
person and need long sleeves at all
times.

Isometimeswonder · 18/11/2025 15:58

Too short. Not a flattering length on most people.

whoamI00 · 18/11/2025 18:18

I personally don't think the sequins and wool go well together. The light sequins contrast with the warm knit.

I quite like it, but I don’t understand the point of short sleeved jumpers. It’s either cold enough for a jumper which means you need sleeves, or warm enough to wear short sleeves so you don’t need a jumper. They look nice but I find them impractical.

I agree . They are “ neither nowt nor summat” as we say in Yorkshire

lifeonmars100 · 18/11/2025 18:39

It's lovely

Buscobel · 18/11/2025 19:11

I don’t see the point of short sleeved jumpers either. If it’s a jumper, it needs long sleeves. I think I’d find the sequins itchy and scratchy.

SugarPlumpFairyCakes · 18/11/2025 19:15

Overpriced for crappy fabric. This is the norm now.

OriginalUsername2 · 18/11/2025 19:19

Love!

Forthelov · 18/11/2025 20:16

Nope. I don’t like it.

Zhu · 18/11/2025 21:45

I like the colour a lot but it looks a hard shape to wear.

Purplecatshopaholic · 18/11/2025 21:53

Ooh, really like that. I would totally wear it.

Denim4ever · 18/11/2025 22:39

Pricey and short sleeved so nice but not a winter in pub with jeans for me

IntrinsicWorth · 18/11/2025 22:49

I think it looks beautiful on the slouchy model with dark hair and could look good on someone like Claudia Winkelman but with a shorter upper body.

On 90% of people it’s going to look like you’ve trussed a generous ham joint up for the festive season. The proportions are all wrong unless you are extremely slim with no tits.

I would also expect natural fibres for that price, and agree washing is going to be a total ballache. Sequins will fall off. Handwashing only and very careful drying.

User5306921 · 18/11/2025 22:57

I don't like it. It looks like a cheap wool jumper mixed with sequins and is neither here nor there. MV washes badly as well. Its overpriced for what it is. It looks like Primark.

This. I don’t understand short sleeved jumpers or what weather you’d wear them in without being f either too hot or too cold.

It looks nice on the model, but i agree with the others who’ve said it’s expensive for a polyester jumper.

Could this be an alternative as a quality cashmere top (no sequins mind!)
I’ve just bought one, quality is lovely.
Likely to get much more value if you do the “cost per wear, clothes justification maths”!

This would look truly terrible on me but it is a lovely jumper/top! Looks so soft and cosy and you could either dress it up or down 😍

HearMeOutt · 19/11/2025 04:30

It’s very 2009.

Not sure about the puffy short sleeved tho…. 3 quarter length sleeve or full sleeved not puffed would look better imo

I agree, and I’d prefer it to be a little longer too.

berightorbehappy · 19/11/2025 06:04

It’s very cute ..but the length , short sleeves and higher neckline would really only suit someone quite small I’d say ? I have a large bust and chubby arms and belly so l wouldn’t even consider it as in any stretch of the imagination to be flattering to me .

thedogdaysareover51 · 19/11/2025 08:05

That’s lovely @Quella -very Me and Em like! However much as I love cashmere I would be roasting wearing this to a pub or restaurant. My face would be like a beetroot 😂
