Their returns process is lengthy, nigh on impossible, and extremely costly!!

Do not risk buying from them online. You might not like or fit the (quite pricey) garments, but their attitude is "eff you customer" after they have delivered.

Having googled I've seen lots of discussion about this online - I just wish I'd done it before I ordered Hmm.

You have been warned!

I loved the thin summer wide leg trousers and shorts I got from there so much that I ordered a few more of each in different colours. I lived in the trousers pretty much all summer. I’ve also bought some skirts and really comfy work trousers. My only issue is that the delivery takes quite a while.

I brought a dress from Halara it is really nice but the sizes are very small i am trying to return it but I have to go through so much trouble with email's and photo's.Does anyone have there returning address please kind regards carol

I too have tried to navigate the returns process and found it to be impossible. I have tried to contact customer services and that is also impossible. Do not purchase from this company. They have zero customer care support.

I knows a thing or two about consumer law and agree with OP: one look at their returns policy and there's no way I'm buying from them. Too many red flags for me.

I absolutely love my Halara jeans. They take a while to arrive but had no problems with them and am about to order another pair. I think its a bit shit really to put a big warning advising not to order when its a legitimate business and many people are very happy with their products.

Re sizing Im a 12-14 and a M was perfect. Size 10 would be a S

I will never buy from this company again.
The return process is frustrating, confusing, and unnecessarily complicated. Every single step seems designed to make returning an item as difficult as possible.
To begin a return, I was required to upload multiple photos of the products with the tags still attached. Even starting the process was confusing, and customer service was absolutely no help. If you're in the United States, good luck figuring out how to return your package through their designated carrier, Hermes. Most people here have never even heard of it, let alone know where to ship through them.
After struggling through the process on my own, I was eventually told that my items were "not returnable"—despite the fact that I had purchased only two pairs of pants and was well within the company's 30-day return window.
It then took more than two hours of persistence with the automated chat system before I could finally reach a human representative. I had to repeatedly tell the chatbot that I needed assistance before it would connect me with someone. When I finally reached an agent, I was simply told, "Sorry for the chatbot glitch."
If I hadn't spent over two hours fighting through the process, I never would have received my return label. That's what makes this experience feel so deceptive. The entire system appears designed to wear customers down until they give up on returning their items.
Now I have another problem: figuring out where I can even ship a package using Hermes.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. It honestly feels as though the company asked itself, "How can we make the return process as difficult as possible so customers are stuck with their purchases?"
Based on my experience, I strongly encourage potential customers to read the reviews before buying. I certainly wish I had.
Never again. Buyer beware.

I love love love the halara jeans. The first time I ordered off the website and got the wrong size and they let me get a second pair for free I think. But now I order them from Tik tok and have never had a problem with a return as it goes thru Tik tok. I only like the jeans though and I think they can be more
suited to more curvy figures. I got some for my daughter who is a size 8 and we couldn’t find a pair that fit her . So yeh try tik tok shop

I ordered and returned to Halara. I did get a refund buut my recollection os I had to spend ages fiddling around with their app which males it quite difficult on purpose.

I love Halara. I have 3 dresses with built in bras that are my summer staples 3rd year and they still look and feel fab. I do use the Intense cold wash on my machine though. I also have several gym tops which are also great and the colours are very true to the picture. I've got 2 friends who live their jeans but I've not personally tried them. I haven't tried to return anything but honestly at those prices I'd probably just pass it on.

I was going to order , a blogger i follow likes them, but the sizes are hard to choose, she's a 10 so buys a small im a 12 so would medium fit, but someone on here says she's a 16 and buys a medium so now I won't know which size to buy.

Oh dear I ordered two pairs of shorts a few days ago.

Already a bit annoyed as delivery when I ordered said three to five days.
I tracked the delivery on line today and it’s estimated to be shipped on the 25th due to them not keeping an inventory of stock or something.
I hope they fit when they eventually arrive 😬

I’ve ordered from them and I’m not happy with what I received. I ordered two pairs of trousers, same size and length but different colours. One pair is at least 2 inches shorter than the other. The fabric has gone bobbly after a mere couple of washes and it creases like mad. They were supposed to be crease-free, linen-like trousers. Delivery took over a month.

I’ve heard returns are difficult so I didn't even try. I will never order from them again.
