Is this suitable funeral attire?

Title says it all! I thought this might be okay, but now I'm not sure.

Ideally, with black tights. If not sheer tights.

In my experience as a mourner I wouldn’t even notice what you have on unless it’s a hot pink mini dress or joggers or some such thing

Yes.
I’ve worn mid to dark blue and patterned deep purple to summer funerals and grey and black to winter ones. My mother’s was in early January. I didn’t have a black coat but I wore a grey one. I believe all were suitable and other people were similarly attired.
