I think it “drains” her iykwim.

I love the style of the suit, but the colour is dreadful on her. Autumnal colours really don't suit her at all. She suits clear bright colours & even black looks stunning on her. I really don't know who is advising her or maybe she's just completely disinterested in her outfits. I suspect that's the case as she's been wearing the same casual uniform for years.

Definitely would not call that chartreuse green.

Awful colour but autumn colours in general seem to be really drab. I don’t know why when it turns September that all the shops are full of browns, mustards and shit greens. We need a bit of colour to cheer us up through these dull and dark months!

I totally agree with you. One of my raincoats is a lovely bright colour to counteract the dull, grey sky.

Chartreuse would have more yellow to it, I’d call that olive green.

I don’t think the colour suits her, and I don’t like the cut of the trousers particularly - they seem to be a weird fit at the top.

Lots of people pooh pooh the idea of colour analysis, but this is an excellent example of showing how wearing the wrong colours really is so deeply unflattering to the wearer.
