I don't think so cornsilk, it's a wrap dress (in cotton so it won't stretch much) and when I wrap it round the two sides cross over waaay under my boobs so I'm showing vast acres of cleavage. I'm not sure I can ruin the dress wearing a camisole or something underneath it.

Try Phase Eight or L K Bennett, they tend to have loads of pretty day dresses, Phase 8 are generous with the sizing too.

Very nice - will look fab with red patent shoes. I (and am not blessed with much norkage) always wear a cami under wrap dresses as I don't like to worry about cleavage. A recent discovery is wearing a really nice silk slip in a contrast colour which removes any worry about lumps round the waist from the cami ending.

I know georgiemamma, I've saved my pennies for ages! I so wanted to get my first grown up proper lady dress. I'll have to start my search again.

ok this wont be much help but I found this in navy in a local boutique - I am 5 8 with biggish norks and boy is it flattering (i bought it in navy)

that's so wierd! Is she tallist?? I'm 5'11" the proportions of the dress are all wrong, the waist is under my boobs, the drop waist is just about on my waist...

that is nice enid, I'm just worried about the length, I've had four operations on my left knee and it's a horrendous mess, scars everywhere. I don't need to go to maxi lengths but I do need something that sits just below the knee.

the black dress is ok enid, but I've tried things like that before and they're not that great on me... don't know why, anything remotely bias cut makes my hips look wider than the severn bridge.
