I've lost enough weight now that I can wear wide leg trousers and look OK. I found some black ones in the wardrobe, no idea how old they are or what they cost but they fit OK.
I'm wearing that with a green T from next and a camo jacket from. Baukjen I got in a half price sale. It's cold here.

I'm letting the side down in one of my many long, baggy, cotton t-shirt dresses. This one's blue & white stripes, about £15 from Roman. I've got a big, loose-knit, light blue cotton sweater over it. That was about £18 in a Nobody's Child sale. Pair of worthless old socks and my permanent 9ct gold rings & ear studs, £180.

Today I wore a pair of flared leggings from next, a pour moi sports top and my oatmeal coloured TikTok shop jumper which is very oversized. Not glamorous but metal free for an mra so I didn’t have to change into a hospital gown!

I was reading this thinking wow somewhat jealous… then realised I’m wearing Primark PJs and socks (est. £10) lying in bed with a £500 gold locket on and an Apple Watch!

The belt was a birthday present & the handbag a 25th wedding anniversary present.
i don’t have a smart watch but I’m gurssing it was a pretty penny!

a lot of my jewellery was presents from my husband & parehts spanning the past 30 years so I have no idea of most of its value.

today I am wearing oatmeal ribbed long sleeved pyjamas and staying very still to try and keep steroids and anaesthetic in my hip joint for as long as possible. They are very comfortable and loungy.

For some reason it won't let me copy the link. If you type teashirt dress into tiktok shop it's the first blue one. It's just so fattering on me. I bought quite a small size as I didn't want it too baggy. I just had a hip replacement, too young, it's a result of an accident. I hope your hip feels better soon. Mine certainly does.
