I wore out for the Xmas shop today:

Uniqlo puffertech khaki long coat - new £78 in the sale.
525 America moss green cashmere zip neck sweater -£60 I think ftom Tk Maxx last year.
Muji warm cotton base layer £14 last year.
M&S button fly jeans from several years ago I've rebought off eBay in a smaller size. £14.
Adidas flatform trainers £58 last year.

M&S Autograph leather bag £35 off eBay last year.

Tonight’s outfit will be gold/bronzy Hush sparkly dress & black opaques. Not sure on footwear yet. Also massive gold hoop earrings and stack of gold bracelets.

Happy new year. I think I’m going for a comfy Biden dress. We’re hosting so not going all out.

right now it’s Primark wool socks (I recommend) leggings and an oatmeal oversized jumper. And dirty hair. And no makeup.

Superdry combats. Maybe £75, can’t remember. Khaki long sleeve tee under short sleeved tee, both Urban Outfitters, maybe £30 each. Just about to brave the shops as my partner needs coffee, apparently. So putting on chunky combat boots from Iris and Ink (about £250) and a faux fur jacket from DKNY, I got for Xmas. Oh, and a scarf from Vivienne Westwood, about £150.

i had proper clothes on earlier as I went out for brunch and a walk: pale green wool jumper from Whistles, about £50 I think in the sale, Uniqlo heattech vest, probably about £10 in the sale, dark blue cords from Seasalt about £60, black Clark’s brogues £45, Jaeger wool coat about £200, pink cashmere gloves about £40, Scandi style bobble hat in purples and pinks, left behind and then kindly gifted by an old lodger.
Am intending to stay in and read for the rest of the day and have changed into cashmere joggers from a supermarket range (can’t remember which one), about £30 I think, cashmere hoodie from Scott and Scott, price lost in the mists of time, and Kari Traa Scandi-pattern thermal merino long-sleeved top underneath.

Today I am wearing my favourite M&Co straight leg jeans cant remember the cost.
A very cheap but lovely blue jumper I got from tiktok shop for £14.
A green barbour alike type country gilet from Cotton Traders £24 in the sale.
I was going out to do some gardening but I have no energy left.
I don't generally buy anything from Cotton Traders now as their quality has reached rock bottom, including this gilet which was advertised as padded but is the least padded garment of this kind I've ever seen.

Sloggi pants are the best. I love them.
