how do you style the skirt hanging up?

I’ve been naughty and ordered some bits from Sainsbury as I had 15% off, some nice bits to go into autumn hopefully

I feel like every time I comment on this I’m clad head to toe in shein! Today’s ensemble is some £3 shirts and a really old black vest top from primark.

I’ve got to go to see my orthopaedic consultant later at a private clinic. I’m wearing black sports leggings and a boxy green T-shirt. I need to wear clothes he can see and move my legs in, but feels a bit casual for leaving the house. I live in sports leggings in the house and popping out, but I’d rather be in a maxi skirt and a vest today!

It's a skort. I've worn it so far with an off white silk shirt tucked in and a wide All Saints belt and either knee length boots or ballet flats. Sueded jacket on cooler days. Shown on the website with a cream/beige jumper and ankle boots.

It was such a good price in TK Maxx I bought it thinking if I can’t make it work when Internet stuff in my wardrobe I’ll return it or sell on vestiare. But I kept it.

ideally the boots would be brown but I may get some this winter if anything comes up in the sales

It was raining when I left the house this morning! I'd dressed for the sun but it was distinctly cool and at work I have no windows in my office. But I'm about to leave for the hairdressers so I suspect it will be warm although more rain is forecast.

Working from home and off camera today so am not looking my best:

I need some more breathable tips I’m roasting!

Something like the Uniqglo or Mango (though Mango quality isn’t great)linen trousers would be cooler & more breathable than the Abercrombie which are polyester mix. I’ve specifically not worn my M&S charity shop trousers because of this.

A Next linen shift dress recently bought from Vinted around £5, was in excellent condition as have recently got rid of a few that were looking worn and some Primark tan slides, plastic and bought to wear at the beach but so comfy have been wearing every day, they were £7, have thin feet so pleased they fit perfectly as have sold a few pairs that weren't staying on my feet!

Repeat outfit today.
