I very nearly bought a Stratberry bag today...

.... i might go and look at it again tomorrow. I've been promising myself a good mid-range, not-quite-designer (but almost) bag for ages.

What are people's experiences of Strathberry? Worth it? The other brand I love the look of is Polene.

Which style did you go for?

@Justsomethoughts23, Leo et Violette is a French brand. You might also like Fleuron, Fauvette, and Le Tanneur. (I can't claim to have discovered these brands while wandering the streets of Paris - I wish! Instead, I saw a TikTok video on mid-range high quality French handbag brands, all either made in Italy or France. I've ordered from them all and they are really lovely. As good quality as Strathberry, as good as Mulberry used to be (I think Mulberry is a bit hit or miss now, and REALLY expensive for what it is) and better than Polene (which I think was the victim of its own booming popularity - Polene used to be great quality and really inexpensive for the quality, but it suddenly really boomed and the quality went down and the prices went way up. I also think, while I LOVE the shape of the Polene Numero Un and the Tonca, both are instantly recognizable as Polene, and you see them all over the place - you especially see the Polene Cyme too, so I like the Leo et Violette brand as I've never seen anyone else carrying it). But all are beautiful bags.

The other they no longer do, it's a saddle style, in tan, really useful, goes with everything and fits all I need in it.

I have several mulberrys, but prefer strathberry style and price point.

I know. The biggest isn’t very big.

Not quite at such a level as Strathberry and Polene etc but thought I'd mention that Cambridge Satchel have a sale at the moment. I love their bowls bags so I've asking myself if I need another one as several are a third off....
