Okay so I tried running for a while, I think that help with shape but not actual weight. Very recently I have reduced my portion size and I stop scoffing crisps every night. Again prob helped with shpe but not weight. I am stuck at 8st not matter what. meh.

i could arrange for your arms to be chopped off, that'd be at least a stone. other than that, prolly best not to meh about being 8 stone.
