Frogspawn.

But I don't not like it.

PopeJoan2 · 09/05/2025 12:24

I agree with the consensus. I don’t like it.

thestudio · 09/05/2025 12:27

I like it much more than I thought I would.

But annoyingly I do think you need the model's build to make it feel like a strong minimal take - it would look very different if you are shorter or heavier or bustier and especially if you are fake of tan and high of heel.

Doncarlos · 09/05/2025 12:29

It triggers my trypophobia and therefore gets a big fat 0 from me.

suburberphobe · 09/05/2025 12:31

I can’t stop laughing at this commmet 😂

As someone with a skin disease I do not find this funny at all.

Nasty fuckers.

LavenderFields7 · 09/05/2025 12:33

Revolting. Makes me feel queasy. 🤢

ManyATrueWord · 09/05/2025 12:55

Looks like the tiles at B & Q

It reminds me of a pebble bath mat.

I knew it reminded me of something!!!

Uricon2 · 09/05/2025 13:09

I quite liked it but now can't unsee the toad😂

Bet half of those crystals would be off after you'd sat down in it a couple of time too.

Mary28 · 09/05/2025 13:52

I think it would look better on someone with darker skin.
Not something I'd pay £380 either but might be quite nice in the flesh and on the right person.

Missmarplesknittingbuddy · 09/05/2025 10:42

David Icke would love it . He could claim it as proof that shape shifting lizard folk are real.

Sneak into his house at night with a cardboard cut out of the Queen Mother - The Great Toad - and the late Queen - Elizardbeast - get a couple of those dresses on the cut outs. He wakes up in the morning and there will never be enough cleaning products to clean up how hard that man would shit his bed.

JaneJeffer · 09/05/2025 14:17

Accessorise with floating candles

DancingLions · 09/05/2025 14:18

If you can't wash it or dry clean it, then how do you clean it? That would be my main concern. Someone spills something on it and it's £380 in the bin!

CosmicCuppa · 09/05/2025 14:20

I adore it. Simple but interesting.

Renamed · 09/05/2025 15:06

Amazing under disco lights. If you’re appearing on TOTP, go for it. Otherwise…

Berlinlover · 09/05/2025 07:57

I think it’s gorgeous but the model is too tall for it. It would look better on someone shorter, you’d have to be super skinny though.

I completely agree with that. The top needs to come up higher below her arms, but if they did that, the waist wouldn't hit in the right place. I wonder why they didn't put it on a model where it would fit properly?

Grammarnut · 09/05/2025 15:51

Looks like a skin disease or blisters.

henlake7 · 09/05/2025 15:56

I really like it, it looks like raindrops to me.
But it is 100% polyester which I wouldnt even buy from a cheap brand nm £380, also I doubt you could properly sit in it without ruining the dress.

I suppose its designed for somebody who can afford to just wear it once then bin it!

OneFlakyGoldBalonz · 09/05/2025 16:05

My 5yr old said it looks like a frog and now I can't unsee that 🐸

I actually quite like the green oval stones. But the fabric looks too rigid, and I don't like the neckline or how short it is. It's just about flattering on the model but would look not good on someone bigger or shorter. It looks uncomfortable too.
I'd say you can do better.

weirdoboelady · 09/05/2025 16:33

Although I quite liked the fabric at first glance, I dislike the dress (too low + too short, should be one or the other). I then moved on to thinking 'you could stick those bobbly things on yourself for a lot less money'. I then moved on to thinking how entertaining this dress would be if you got a whole lot of googly eyes in the £1 shop......
