OP most girls get their dresses from one of the online shops like Stacees - there are loads with long sleeves. Probably they are not allowed on Mumsnet because they clearly come from China. I tried to link but I could t post it.

The Club London ones especially here are a great option, really trendy and interesting (hate the word trendy but can’t think of a better option to say your DD would not look out of touch in something like this)

We used JJs house. They make to fit and take about a month to come so you're looking at just the right time. You can order some just to try on and then send back - that's part of their service.

Vinted has some if you can wade through the ones without sleeves

We had other difficult criteria so in end couldn't get long sleves though there were quiet a few with sleeves but found mesh sleeves that match the unusual dress colour she wanted - it's a floaty dress with lace/mesh overlay.

At first I was looking at under top with lace sleves and gloves there were more options than we thought that might work- but these seem to work best for my DD.

Searching for long-sleeved evening dress often brings up some good options which are quite young/ less geared towards the modesty requirement. It takes a bit more searching, but there are stunning long-sleeved dresses out there.

If I was going to prom I would definitely be shopping at Sister Jane! They have lots of full length and mini dresses with long sleeves. A few examples below. Also plenty of this brand on Vinted if you want to get a cheaper price!

Have you considered a sleeveless dress with matching colour fancy long gloves? You can buy some very nice fingerless elbow length gloves (sometimes called arm warmers) to be worn with prom dress type outfits in lace, satin etc. Might free up more dress options for her if she doesn't feel it will draw unwanted attention x

Karen Millen's got a sale on. Petite size 8 has sold out of many styles, but there's still a few impressive numbers. I like the icicle fringe mini, ymmv.
