Closed toe sling backs with a wedge?

Please help me lovely Mumsnetters. I'm looking for some closed-toe sling backs with a wedge heel. Not too high and def not flat. I can't find any anywhere.

I want closed toe because I've got ridiculously ugly feet.

I'm aware of it. So prefer to keep my freakiness covered up.

tis difficult - I am always on the search for them (not because of freaky feet, you understand, but because I have to wear clsoed toes for work even in summer)

no good for fat ankles

MrsBadger · 17/05/2008 18:15

any good?

PrincessPeaHead · 17/05/2008 18:16

have you looked in russell & bromley? They have some fantastic wedges this year but I can't remember if any have closed toes. their website is a complete waste of time.

ooh I got myself some fly wedges from office in white black and orange last week. Wedge heaven!! pricey though.

MrsB - Thanks. Interesting about your work - really scratching head as to what you might do for a living to make closed toe sandal nec. A plasterer?

Cod - I would need a pair of open toe sandals for it to be noticeable in a photo and I don't have any. Plus I would have to kill myself if a picture of my feet ended up on your blog.

I've got flat ballet pumps but wanted something with a bit of loft.

I bought these, because Foxinsocks bought them. She has brown, I have red.

I think I like. They are closed enough aren't they? And quite comfortable.

lol. Yes, very annoying.

I am up as dh and ds1 at chess weekend doo dah, and so EVERYONE ends up in my bed - including the dog. Dog not supposed to sleep in our room - my dh possibly the opposite end of spectrum wrt animal welfare. And it was a bit cramped.

Red shoes? What? Prostitute is the only thing I can think of. I think we said that when we were 14. Was like being gay if you wore an earring in the wrong ear - can't remember which one.
