Im 49 and have a real meno belly. I hate it. I always had a flat stomach but now Im round. I’m thinking this top might help hide it.

Please don’t worry about your stomach, life’s too short. You’re allowed to have a meno-belly, it’s your human body and there’s not a thing wrong with it.

I love that!! I might order it to cover my meno belly too. The blue is gorgeous, just need to work out the material.

😀I’ve seen similar tops that are £70+ and I can’t afford that.

I think the style is good for the belly but this top isn’t so nice. Sorry.
Try google lens on the pricier ones to see if you can find something nicer ?
But if you love it, ignore me!

There’s a video of it on Facebook showing how it can be pulled down long or bunched up around the middle, if that makes any sense. It looks quite versatile.

PS I have avoided tucking in for years but learnt that tuck in and pull lots of fabric out and it distracts from the belly.

It’s quite dated but if you like it that’s all treat matters. BUT On the second picture the material looks really thin and static-y. I don’t think it’ll be as nice as you imagine in the flesh.

I think most women if a certain age are looking to hide / disguise their tummy. I know I am. Yet retailers seem to be oblivious to that!

I think Id like it if it was just a boxy bottom, I dont like the cinched in bottom as it looks abit dated.
Also I like the neckline, esp if the zip is properly adjustable but I hate chiffon (no reason...I just do!).

Op I’ve tried on a few tops like that and because of the band at the bottom it actually draws more attention for me to my belly than if it was a normal tee shirt.

Just get a boxy t-shirt that comes slightly below the waistband but not too long. I promise you it will be more flattering.

Not at all what I’d wear…and I’m 60 so I’d put myself in that ‘old lady’ category!

There are many beautifully flattering tops out there…this isn’t one of them.

Hate it, sorry. It looks like something you’d buy from a market stall. I find that shirred tops are the best and most flattering for hiding my stomach - ones that are fitted around the chest then flare out over the stomach.

I don't like it. I may be developing a menobelly, but I also have breasts. Something like that would turn me into an undefined lollipop.

It’s really horrid. You can get reasonably priced clothes from “real” shops. This kind of stuff is just sweatshop polyester.

I am also blighted by a meno belly, the best tops I’ve found have a bubble hem, Next have a few this year and I’ve bought them all. Similar idea to this one but nicer fabric.

I also think it looks cheap and dated. Don’t get me wrong I love a good doo in a social club, but it looks very middle aged “social club”.
