What colour should I paint my toe nails? I don't want to but feel I ought to.

I never paint my toe nails but now feel I ought to (being a grown up and all) but I have no idea what colour to do. What's the least offensive, easy to maintain, hardwearing colour?

i just associate anything French manicurey, especially with squared off ends, in fingers or toes, as a bit Page 3 modelish. Which is I guess just another way of saying I don't like it.

there is an excellent new chanel colour called (appropriately enough in my case) "Madness". Dark red. I'll see if I can find a link
