HELP ME - I'm overwhelmed with which mascara to buy!!!!!!

I need a new one - I have about 10 which have dried out are clumpy etc so am going to dump the lot and get a new one.

What's your repeat buy and why? Should I go Lancome aren't they the best?

Been looking at reviews and youtube etc but there is just too much choice.

Ilia limitless lash! In Vogue at the moment. All natural plus the brush is absolutely amazing (one side curls, the other separates & lengthens), nothing else like it.

I've seen several good reviews for them new L'Oréal paradise big deal in the last few weeks, that's next on my list to try.

Lancôme Hypnose Drama. My DMum kept telling me it was still the best and I am really happy I went for it .
Tried so many different ones but am happy with this one now.

Maybelline sky high. It's the best!

Maybelline colossal. In the yellow tube. I've spent ridiculous amounts on posh ones with false promise, but always return to the yellow one.

Benefit, roller lash or they real. My favourites . I’ve tied sky high but it smudged on me .

I bought this today on the back of reading good reviews, haven’t tried it yet though.

Also , I’ve heard good things about Eyeko mascaras

And I work in the industry, so I’m lucky I get to try many for free.
Got this as a smaller size, and then brought the bigger size.
Many beauty bits I go for lots of cheaper things now as I know what’s in them, and where they are made. Not decrying luxury brands, and the packaging can be beautiful, but this mascara is awesome!

Lancome ... waste of money ... ive had two types, useless.

Benefit they're real

Tubing mascara. No7 is good. So is Clinique. Lots of people are raving about the new Elf one. My favourite is Beauty Pie Wrap Star.

Two faced better than sex. No clumps, no smudges, cruelty free

Lancôme Idole is the best.

Definitely tubing. I really rate the No 7.

Maybelline Great Lash. Pink & green bottle. I go back to it every time.

Chanel le volume. Best I’ve ever tried and I’ve tried hundreds. Have straight thick lashes and this curls them beautifully.

I happily drop a lot of money on makeup but mascara is the thing I think the cheaper brands absolutely nail, I love the maybelline sky high and have re bought it multiple
times while my hourglass (tubing one, is very good but I find it a bit clumpy), chantecaillle (also nice but goes a bit smudgy under my greasy/oily eyes), Lancôme etc sit in the drawer optimistially watching me reach for their poorer relative every time 😂

Perricone is the best, a lady recommended it on YouTube and it's amazing, the best I've ever used. I buy it on eBay as I've not seen seen it in the stores. The first one I've bought is still going strong since August last year, only about £5 or so.

I use Mac Stack and Benefit Rollerlash. I prefer the Mac one as it makes the lashes thicker but both are good :) Here's my eyes with both, bolder is the Mac.

I happen to get a Charlotte tilbury pillow talk mascara freebie and it’s absolutely brilliant. Love it.

I think what this thread shows is that there's no consensus re mascaras. What works well for one person won't work for another. Some of the ones recommended on here were terrible on my lashes. You need to find the one that works for you.
