Help me find a dress for a black tie event

which is in october.
I know its a long time away, but I am Far Too Fat and so I want to find a dress I like to give myself a goal. I don't plan to buy the dress until September but I want to put pics of the dress everywhere to give me motivation to slim down a bit.

I am 5'7 and currently a size 20 roughly. I am not a girly girl but I do plan to get my nails/makeup etc done so as to be completely gorgeous and unlike me. I have a spare tire I wish to hide as much as possible, and I am a shape best described as a wheeble - I have acres of hips/butt/thighs and not much in the boob department.
I have dark brown hair, grey eyes, am pale and I have absolutely no idea what colour/s suit me.

I don't have a budget in mind, but I don't want to spend stupid money.

are there any specifics - like you want long or mid calf, or you want sleeves or dont....?

also , when you find the dress, dont forget the underwaer

I think longer would be best with my legs, and probably no sleeves but with a wrap/shawl.

I've found this which I like a lot but I don't know if it would suit me/my colouring?

i have dark hair and pale skin, green eyes. and that is the colour which suits me most (IMO! lol)

What would I wear with it? I thought maybe silver heels and accessories? (what kind?) and a black wrap?

Times like this I really regret being a wash and go person lol.. I have no idea what I'm doing!!

what i thought ws, you say your tits are quite smallish, the dresses i linked are ones that focus on chest area so attention would be diverted from spare tire

It does make sense, but I worry even with the extra norkage the tire will take all the attention!!

That first green one is stunning (and good value as well). The wrap effect is great for creating a waist (from personal experience ). Silvery accessories would be good or chocolate brown wrap
