It's been 19° here today, and I'm wearing a thick Brakeburn wool & cashmere sweater dress with 80 denier tights (all navy blue) and my battered leather trainers, as my feet still hurt. I'm freezing! My bloody GP dropped my thyroxine dose in March - I've gained 3kg since then, my hair's coming out in handfuls, and brushing my teeth feels like a Herculean challenge.

The dress was £30 when Brakeburn discontinued this lovely yarn in favour of a polyester mix, no idea how much the tights were, and the trainers were £45-ish about seven years ago. Assault and battery would be about 15 years but, luckily for the doctor, I haven't got any energy to fight him.
