Excelling myself today in an old outfit that was only £12 new. Grey herringbone trousers - a rather nice 'masculine' cut, £8 from The Original Factory Shop, with a lilac and grey colour-block faux angora cropped jumper, £3 from Select. Socks about £1.

For outdoors, my well-worn white leather Brazilian trainers, which were about £30 back then.

Today, I am back in my pink Hobbs jacket, a navy M&S boatneck top, decathlon hiking trousers and Meindl shoes. Slightly odd combination but needed “professionalise” my travel outfit for an unexpected couple of meetings en route to airport and my only work type shoes and my work trousers need to stay here (I only brought the Meindls I wore with me this trip - I need to remember to bring back this top on my next trip).

I started the day in my decathlon hiking trousers and a Uniqlo T-shirt (€28 last year), burly when putting on my shoes and bending, my trousers ripped with age 😱 at least I was at home!
so I am now in my grey craghoppers of about 3 years ago (they were in sales section on CH own site so probably 50% off normal price but the classic hikers so not out of date).
