I noticed a lot of women wearing variations of the same look. Can only describe it as lounge sets of a jumper and trousers in neutral colours (mostly beige, some grey or blush or black). A lot of them were ribbed with wide leg or slightly flared legs. Knitted material. Most had a big coat over the top and wore with trainers.

Not joggers and a sweatshirt. Softer and more pyjama-adjacent 🤣

Anyone know what I'm talking about and where to look for this kind of thing that isn't £££? Quite fancy some for wearing about the house.

Hush?

People will come on and say Shein twinset, please please don't buy from them though 😕

kaos2 · 18/11/2024 17:57

You can get them anywhere , usually listed as lounge wear

I've got lots of sets , got a lovely knitted set from Tesco recently

minisomum · 18/11/2024 17:59

I think these are called Co-ords!

weareallqueens · 18/11/2024 18:00

Aye, it says supermarkets and primark to me. Lots of it in the west of Scotland.

Snorlaxo · 18/11/2024 18:02

I’ve seen them in Tesco and Primark. They are usually called co-ords or loungewear.

Pooky001 · 18/11/2024 18:03

Have seen knitted trousers in Uniqlo and they have a matching jumper

gingercat02 · 18/11/2024 18:08

Yep called co-ords round here. There are loads of highly patterned ones too.

AreolaGrande · 18/11/2024 18:08

Love the Anthropolgy set but my budget is definitely more Florence + Fred 🤣

Will have a look. Thanks all.

Oh god this reminds me of the funniest review ever I saw on the Tu website. One of the comments under the co-ord set was absolutely raging as she said it wasn’t cord at all like the description said. She was 100% serious! 😆

FrostyGlitter · 18/11/2024 18:11

Uniqlo have them

Sebsaloysius · 18/11/2024 18:18

This sounds perilously like the Shein twin sets!

StormingNorman · 18/11/2024 18:18

There’s a lot of that on Zara.

DragonsFurry · 18/11/2024 18:29

People wear that kind of thing alot near me, it's a bit of a primarni look iyswim, especially the ribbed trousers.

Dontwearmysocks · 18/11/2024 18:34

Ah the awful cheap 2 piece. Primark/shein etc etc

black puffer, trainers and a dupe Stanley cup.

its defo a look. Not a great one mind. Don’t forget the Turkish fake bag.

DanielaDressen · 18/11/2024 18:39

Makes me think of WAGS. Rebekah vardy prime example here.

Yep, this is what I was hinting at, perfect for a "come and watch me clean my home/make a packed lunch/decorate my hallway" Facebook reel.

I'm wondering what part of London the OP visited.

CrookedStick · 18/11/2024 18:43

I live and work in London and I have only ever seen teenagers in those ‘ co-ord’ lounge sets.

Nottodaygoaway · 18/11/2024 18:45

I live in London and wouldn't be seen dead in that type of outfit. So bland and boring.

Preppingdonkey · 18/11/2024 18:45

Yeah it’s the Primark Wag sort of style.

MyStylish40s · 18/11/2024 18:46

I was in Primark yesterday and saw the Rita Ora collection, which was exactly what you’re describing

M&S do nice cashmere ones. On my Christmas list!!

MumonabikeE5 · 18/11/2024 18:51

Where in London were you? That isn’t common place where I live

leia24 · 18/11/2024 18:54

Sisters and seekers or couture club!

Lunaballoon · 18/11/2024 18:59

The last couple of times I’ve been to Oxford Street, I also noticed the look you describe. A lot of the women wearing the beige/brown/cream combos seem to be well-to-do European/Middle Eastern visitors.
